Why, when you use click list, won't the shopper check use by dates? I generally need more than 2 days. Why pick bruised lemons. Why pack eggs carelessly? I've been told it's policy to pick oldest produce and other items. Is that true? read more

This store is terrible. Employees and managers follow you around if you have a service dog. They will do anything to get your pet out of the store. Prices are at least 1$ more than any other store anywhere. I found merchandise 2 years past date. They don't carry any of the new stuff because managers order what they want and not what customers want. Place is very dirty. Me and my family + friends will not go here again. Look at the dust on products and everywhere. Some Employees are extremely lazy with bad attitudes. Can't wait to see them gone. Ratings don't go low enough. read more

I ordered flowers to be delivered to my niece who is at college. Delivery confirmation by Instacart, but they never made it. After my niece spent several days trying to track down the delivery, we finally gave up. I reached out to Kroger's to see if there was anything they could do. I got a full refund and two emails, one saying they would refund, another confirming it had been processed. Very kind and generous! read more

Well I was all set to say that the Click List here is phenomenal compared to others I've used. I usually have few or no substitutions, they are always friendly and prompt. Then, today, thanks to the dreaded white death predicted, my order wasn't ready when I arrived. I was told that my $4.95 fee and an additional amount would be waived. I ran an errand and came back only to watch 3 more people get their orders before me. The total deducted from my bull ended up being $10. The store was out of a few things and I had a substitution. In all, I was more annoyed that anything about the delay. While it wasn't the employees fault that snow was predicted, my order was placed with at least 4 hours to collect it. If the employee la were already running behind, they should've adjusted their online orders. I got an email reminding me to come at the right time. Maybe an added feature would be that you get a text when your order is ready so there are no surprises or waiting around. Edited: Wilmington is catching up with the world. We now have a Starbucks. It doesn't beat the local Kava Haus but it's open later and the rewards program helps. read more

I found the store to be dirty and in disarray. Many of the shelves were empty and. I couldn't find a number of things I was looking for. There were only a few cashiers and was forced to use a cashier killer. I hate those things. I looked for a helpful person and found none. read more

So, I finally made a trip to Kroger's in Wilmington, Ohio this morning. Very few people there and for the most part everyone was doing a very good job keeping their distance. I found everything I needed and shelves were well stocked. The staff at Kroger's has done an excellent job keeping up and I would personally like to thank them for the extra risk they are facing. read more

I was recently involved in planning a ifuneral reception. We called Kroger's delicatessan in Wilmington and ordered food for 70 people. It was prepared and packaged for transport on time. The associate was the only one working in the deli but took the time to gather it up and help load it. The food was delicious! We received many compliments on everything that was prepared. Nice Krogers the staff is friendly and prices are very reasonable. The rest rooms are clean and they have a nice selection of Candy.

I am very disappointed with this kroger! I have chosen to take my money to walmart and sams club. I have family members that worked here and one that has been there for more than 15 years and was forced to quit their job because of being bullied and mistreated by managers. Of course the people in there won't know it unless you are really watching but one had a handicap and was treated bad enough that they just couldn't stay there anymore. I know of another person that was done the same way. Another one that was higher up and they reduced down to get away from all of it. Thats their way of downsizing to get you to do the work of scanning your own food and not get paid for it. There is 2 managers in that store that should be ashamed of themselves! I can't deal with people with handicaps being treated that way! I choose not to step foot back in that store or to do any business with them. Probably won't shop in ANY kroger again because the so called UNION didn't give them any help at all! Ok done with this vent, but not done with spreading this to my family and friends.
