Kroger Pharmacy has lost a great team member when the pharmacist left a few months ago. She was replaced with Julie who doesn't have (or doesn't use them) basic customer service skills. She never greets you, never smiles, and it never pleasant. A recent visit to the pharmacy left me standing in disbelief. Between Julie and her pharmacy tech Joyce, who is as unpleasant as Julie, their behavior was rude and unprofessional. They made me stand there and wait, the ONLY customer, while they filled multiple orders before they filled mine. Then they stood there and were whispering to each other, I assumed they were taking about me from the side eye they were delivering. The price is that I had already requested a refill so there is no good reason that I had to wait in the first place. They used to be a great pharmacy but notably the Julie/Joyce team has been especially unprofessional for the last 2 months. Do better ladies. Take some remedial customer service classes because you definitely need them! read more

Here is Christmas Eve, and I have to stop what I'm doing, and file a complaint. I came into Kroger to get cream cheese, put my digital coupon in and I didn't notice until after I paid that it didn't work. Ms. Cindy tried to help me, I showed her my phone where I had downloaded it, but unfortunately she couldn't help me so she told me to go to the Customer Service booth to get my refund. I got up there, and yes it had closed signs up, but what was I supposed to do? A lady named Melissa was standing there, looked me up and down with disgust, said nothing, and kept doing what she was doing. I counted to 10, then said " I realized you're closed, but I was overcharged, what do you want me to do?" She looked at me, rolled her eyes, asked how much I was owed, rolled her eyes again, looked at my receipt, and gave me my money back. I took my money, then told her she didn't have to be so nasty. Asked another gentleman her name, and let Ms. Cindy know she was mad because she sent me there. This lady should not represent Kroger's customer service. Staff is usually unfriendly, unhelpful and unprofessional--oftentimes ignoring customers who need assistance. Shelves are frequently empty and aisles difficult to navigate with a shopping cart due to boxes. Staff that are pulling pickup and delivery orders are rude to customers and part their carts blocking ambulatory and wheelchair customers. We drive to another town to another Kroger store read more

Customer service here is a joke. They have no idea what they are doing. You can't even get someone on the phone. When you go into the store they tell you you have to contact corporate. You try to. Their phone goes to a computer that runs you around and won't let you talk to a person. You send an email. Days go by and you get no response. You finally have to reach out on chat. They tell you you have to go to the store. Walmart handled the same issue in 10 minutes. Shop there. read more

Desiree, Floral Manager, bent over backwards to ensure that my granddaughter's Sweet 16 Birthday was saved with her beautiful floral arrangement, card, and suggestions. She happily took the time to help me in every way she could long distance. Desiree excels in customer relations. I wish every consumer transaction was this pleasant and efficient. I bought some Butchers blend ground sirloin AT KROGER, ( mind you now, they have a commercial about "secret shoppers" making sure their food is fresh.) So as soon as I popped the air tight container opened a horrible smell come out of the package. So I smelt the meat , and it was bad. I took it to customer service. I told him that I didn't keep the receipt, because of the promise that they're food was fresh. He proceeded to tell me since I didn't have the receipt that I would have to get the same item. I told him NO!! Who wants to buy the same thing if the first item was bad. It was dated 6/23! So I'm sure the same thing is going to happen. He did not try to apologize or even make it right. I threw my hands up and told him to keep it. Over $9 worth of meat, and he didn't care. You guys need to stop talking about how fresh your food is if it's not really!!! And since you advertise the food being fresh the least you can do is except that the person believes that, and is not going to keep the receipt. I'll find somewhere else to buy my "FRESH MEAT" LIARS!!!!!!!! read more

This is an older store in a part of town that has lost other major stores that haven't been replaced. As such, this Kroger has not been renovated in at least a decade, it's small, and it's dirty...and don't expect any amenities like a Starbucks or a fuel station. Other than that, this pace is ok. It seems safe, and what limited foods they carry are probably identical to those at other stores. read more

Xenia Kroger pharmacy is the worst. Each month I try to order my calcium pill and for the look at 3 months it takes me 3 visits just to get it. I was sent a text ut was ready and get there and she said it's been discontinued. My message only showed it was ready. The Pharmacist makes excuses all the time. Just apologize and tell me when its ready but do not lie. Others are having the same issue. I understand everyone is busy but since one particular Pharmacist has been there it has gone down hill. read more

I've never been so disrespectful in my entire life from Kroger's in Xenia Ohio and the cashier named Margaret was working tonight I am a disabled person and when I was leaving the store my seven-year-old over her her call me a b because I saw the price on an item being wrong and I told her no it was a dollar as she wanted to argue with me and be disrespectful then she wanted to call me a b**** when I was leaving the store the only reason I love shopping at that store is this cashier named Mike he's an awesome cashier he welcomes me he smiles and I really enjoy his company when I go through his line read more

It's a little more expensive than Walmart but the customer service more than makes up for it. They almost always have all of their checkout lanes open (compared to Walmart which will have like 3 lanes out of about 20 open.) I've never waited more than a few minutes in line at Kroger and usually there's no line at all. I agree with other reviews that it needs a remodel and the aisles are so narrow that it's almost claustrophobic. Still, it's better than Walmart. An extra star because everytime my retired mom goes shopping there, they always offer to push her cart out and load up her car. I didn't think that kind of service still existed. read more

this whole store is great. i come all the way from fairborn to go here. the staff is great and all of them know me and my kids by now and remember us by name. the prices and deals are great and they have a variety of products that i want. they always treat my kids to a cookie when they come in as well as a balloon in the floral department too. they are family oriented for sure and are very good to shop with! read more
