I've never dealt with racism before but I dealt with it today. I watched a Hispanic couple before me return a pair of shoes that have obviously been worn. They look not good. Well they let them return them without even looking at them. Just scan the receipt then. The manager came over and took the money out of the door and gave it to him. But me they looked over the shoes with the fine too comb and then refuse to return them because they said the bottoms were dirty. I forgot to mention I called before I came because I live an hour away. I called to make sure that I can return them and I explained that my son wore them one day and they didn't fit him. They were hurting his feet so I called to make sure that I wouldn't get turned away if I drove an hour to return them and they said no problem. If I was Hispanic they wouldn't even have looked at them but since I wasn't it was a problem. What a horrible store. I won't stop until that manager is fired because it's not right to treat people like that.

I live minutes away from this Walmart with teenage kids I'm there almost every day. If there is any…read moreplace else close by I would go there for sure. At the store management has no idea what they're doing. There almost never is carts anymore at the front of the store. Several days a week you go in and their store shelves are pretty bare. When I asked about this they inform you that they did not want to have any back stock so they would rather run out then keep a little supply in the back in case they run out. Allow them poison are nice but it's always the same story when there's a problem employees and form you that they're not allowed to do anything about it that only management can for any type of problem. They were completely out of Tyson chicken and the frozen food department asked employee for help and he told me that he told a major I needed help because it was a his department and I stood there for 30 minutes and no one came asked another employee he Made an announcement and still no one showed up. I called corporate while in the store and inform them of what was going on they apologized and said they were gonna file a report but I never heard anything back and I never did get any customer service and this is typical of this place.

They raised the price of their garbage quality charging cords from 5 to 7 dollars. I was was in this morning and purchased a charging cord and adapter because they didn't have the one that I needed for my car. My daughter also wanted a little camera. The shelf it was on said 5.55. When I got to the check-out, the camera ended up being 20 dollars! So much for 5 BELOW!! I went to the Dollar Tree and purchased a very decent charging cord for 5 dollars! I decided to return the cord and adapter to 5 below. The lady working there took it personally and started ranting really loud as to how so many people were returning things and she was just going to start saying "NO!". I told her that they have recently raised the price and the quality is poor. She said well you just need to keep the package and receipt and return it. (Like she wouldn't shame customers for that?) What a joke. Like anyone has time for that. That is what five below counts on. Who is going to save the garbage packaging? It's not if, but when, the cord will stop working. I've had one stop working the same day. I will never shop at this chain again.
