The pharmacist is horrible! I have been taking the same meds for about 20 years and they have filled my medication before and then all of a sudden they can't fill my medication??? What a joke! People need their meds and it's extremely harmful to just be completely cut off and a hassle to go to different pharmacy and make more doctor phone calls! Bought 3 boxes a candy bars not realizing there was a 2 box limit. They didn't offer to refund the $5.20 off that I missed out on so I asked for a refund of one box that I payed full price for. but they gave me a refund on a box that was discounted instead of the full price box. When I called the next day the manager was rude. The other time I was at the customer service desk it took at least 20 minutes for assistance. Always try to find Costcos in my travels in order to get cheap gas this one was a little difficult to find I don't know why but they seem to make it hard off the turnpike for you to get information. The obvious reason is they don't want you to get off the turnpike. This Costco always has competitive pricing for gasoline and I love the 93 octane gasoline. A service attendant is available should there be any problems and I have seen them help pump gas for those that are disabled. I have found the staff always helpful and informative. They always have in stock the items I am looking for. When they move things around, staff is always able to point me to where they are now. Love their cooked chicken products which are fresh. Their pizza is always good. Recently I have noticed that they have whole cheese pizzas for sale without the need for you to have to wait for them to bake it. The pizza is a little greasy but still very tasty. They provide sauerkraut for their hotdogs upon request at no charge. The eye care center is very helpful from having our eyes checked to ordering glasses. The costs are very reasonable too. Overall my wife and I have been very happy with the selections, customer service, and location. read more

I only shop at Costco, Target, and Amazon and usually in that order. You'd be shockingly surprised at what you can get at this Costco! Everything from grocery basics - milk, eggs, bread, and fruit - to random household and outdoor needs - snow shovels, windshield wipers, car dehydrators, and kitchen appliances - to an assortment of high-end, quality luxury items - full body massage chair, engagement rings, electronics, and vacation packages - Costco has it all! For the most part, buying in bulk will save you $$$ in the long run, though I always price check to make sure it's worth it. Also, make sure you consider if you really will finish all 3 racks of ribs, 5 dozen eggs, or 20lbs of pork! The only downsides of this Costco are: 1) They don't cater to diverse ethnic groups/cuisines. I guess we're in the Midwest, so not a bunch of people will buy bulk spam, 50lb bags of Calrose rice, or 86oz bottles of Yoshida's sauce, but I still submit a request whenever I have time! 2) They don't sell frozen chicken bake! They sell the hot ones in the food court, so I'm not sure what's going on here. 3) The line to get out is always ridiculous! Never been to a Costco where checking every item is actually a practice, it's pretty annoying when you're in a rush! Overall, I've only had one negative customer experience here (I'm Asian and my white husband got reprimanded for handing my membership card to the cashier since it's my pic on the back!), otherwise, it's been a great weekly trip! read more

Absoulutely garbage service and employees here. My mother sent me out to buy all kinds of things for her for her New Years party. I was tasked with buying meats, cheeses, crackers, and all sorts of things that would have most likely would have ended up costing over $400. When I went to check out I was told that I could not purchase the goods because my mother had to be there in person. My mother had multiple sclerosis and had asked me to help her out getting all these things for her party. I was made to leave the store and now my mom has to go back and purchase all the items herself. I was very rudely treated by a lazy eyed woman who claimed to be the manager. Then we try to use our MasterCard and apparently they don't accept MasterCard Capital One Cards! So we left our full cart at the front and walked out! Costco has become my weekly place to go to! Customer service is wonderful and the Costco brand "Kirkland" is as good as name brand! There are def only some things that are cheaper so take a tour to see if it is worth it for your needs. For me the savings in gas, rice, beef jersey, protein powder, and Costco Travel has been WELL worth it! If you book a vacation through them and see that prices are lowered they will give you the lower price up until the week of your trip!!! I have already saved over $300!!! I've been a member of another club for years, and finally decided to give Costco a chance. We got the best plan, ($120) per year, and right off, we get a $60 merchandise card. Since then, we have gained back at least another $50, including the in-store savings on products. We started less than 2 months ago, so I'm sure that we will easily pay for the cost of being a member. Some things that we are used to are not there, but many things are available that we didn't have before. I absolutely adore Costco! However there is one gas station attendant that is above obnoxious- he is forever coming over to me and telling me to turn off my car before I fuel because it's a federal law. Everyone knows it's not federal law: it may be Costco policy buts not federal law. I told him once it was not federal law and he told me he is there keeping us all for blowing up each other. Gas stations all over the world are still standing without this gas station police attendant out bold face lying to patrons. He then explained me how they pump gas in Alaska- I pointed out other cars that were fueling while their engines were running but he couldn't be bothered with them- he just kept rambling on to me even after told him to get away from me. This is seriously becoming a serious issue- he has come over to me now 4 times when I'm alone- never when my husband is with me- either he is crushing on me or he has a issue. read more

Hands down best customer service between this store and Sam's Club. Fast checkout lines, happy clerks. Never see a rotten attitude, and their Kirkland brand is great on most stuff. So happy Costco has opened in Granger, IN. I love the great deals I find in this store. Costco stands behind all the products they sell and their return policy is out of this world. I find their signature brand, Kirkland, to be of fine quality (and I am very much a brand name shopper). I tell everyone I know about how great the benefits of having a membership are. If for nothing else, a membership for gas purchases is well worth it. Their gas prices seem to range at least $.10 less per gallon than the surrounding stations.
