We actually specifically went here to look for meatballs that they were sold out of in the Chicago Costco while visiting family out there , but they did not have them here in Indiana either. We did find them when we got back home to our local warehouse in PA. I love Costco and we can always find something to buy there. We got gas at this Costco in Indiana, specifically because the state of Indiana has dropped their gas tax because the prices are SO high right now, and we were able to get gas here for $3.19! Here in Pennsylvania it was a dollar more per gallon!!! Just like all Costco's this one has a very large parking lot and it's located kind of back in a business park off of the main highway. We definitely had to use our GPS to find it. I am actually going to stop back here and pick up a birthday cake on my way to Michigan over the Fourth of July. So that is the convenience of Costco. I can order a birthday cake online and swing by this Costco in Indiana instead of carrying the cake, the whole way from PA to Michigan

I have returned a bed, am stuck with about $100 in food that is horrible so far (avoid the macarons) and I will NEVER step foot in that store for any reason or any other location. There is A LOT more to this but if you don't want inconstant customer or food items that are frankly overpriced I'd avoid Costco. I plan to do so. TY PS I was a member for 10 days. I returned the bed within two days and I got confirmation on replacement from their competitor under the warranty from Serta Beautyrest a brand I trust. And had I had confirmation for that the night that I got the membership, I would not have been a member for more than approximately 12 hours before returning the bed and returning the membership. So I lasted 10 days and good riddance. Thank you again.

The grocery shopping and customer service was good until it was time to order a pizza. The guy that was making the pizza didn't have good customer service. For reason he kept skipping me for my order kept serving other people that were after me. As I tried to be nice asking him if he knew how much time he had a rude attitude and answer. Unfortunately he didn't have a name tag but he was African American and making the pizzas.

I was recently impressed with their pre-made sandwiches in an oval refrigerated case at the SR23 location. The pricing was very good. The sandwiches looked great. I bought one. The cost of their doughnuts is odd. Nobody charges $1.29 a doughnut at grocery stores, not even in Scottsdale, AZ. I will buy 1 or 2 doughnuts. Never would buy a dozen. That's $15.50 for a dozen doughnuts. Maybe they give a 50 cent discount for a dozen. An example of their pricing. $4 for 4 ozs of alfalfa sprouts. That's $16 a pound for a veggie. Their smoked whitefish is $19 a pound. (I buy it on clearance.) There is a meat market where it is $10. I keep coming back for the sale prices. Their cashiers are good. Fast and generally friendly.

This town is king of subway locations, that and super walmarts. I went to one down the street on a friday night, CLOSED at 8pm. I went to one in the Superwalmart. CLOSED. I was so enraged for not having my subway that I was ready to kill judging from my road rage. Then by some divine intervention, I was reminded that there is one in this gas station! an angel whispered it into my ear. This one can get busy at times with townies and other off campus students. I won't tell you what I usually get cuz it might sound vomit inducing to you commoners but GUESS WHAT??? It's DELICIOUS!!! and beats my mother's cooking... sometimes my dad's. Oh yeah, this one is one of the nicer speedways in my westcoast snobbery opinion. All the other ones look run down and used up.This one closes by 11pm. I am from Dallas TX and…read moreI just spent 5 weeks in Buchanan MI and all of my numerous encounters in this store were extremely positive. I would say 20 of my trips here were always after 9 pm. Each time I needed something if one individual could not find it for me they would gather all the employees they needed to help me. Each night they were stocking and filling the shelves with new product, finding what I needed was not an issue. There were never ANY lines to check out at 11 pm. ( I am not fond of the enactment of me checking myself out after 10:40 now especially when I had 400 dollars of groceries). I was extremely impressed with all of the late night staff in this store. They could not have been more helpful and friendly. I made several trips during the day also and had no problems with lines either at checkout or the service desk. Recently, I had groceries delivered and found that a couple of the produce items were of poor…read morequality. After completing the return process online, I was advised to take the items to the store to complete the process for a refund. When I returned the items, the employee at the service desk(name tag Leah) was horribly rude stating they shouldn't have to deal with spoiled produce returns as it was messy. They also refused to give me a refund due to a problem with the return code. After leaving the store, I spoke with corporate, and they graciously gave a refund.
