Do not sign a contract with this company! After 5 years of wanting to leave this company, we…read morefinally reached the end of our contract and complied with their requirements to cancel the contract. I paid $500 - $600 a month for five uniforms, over $6,000.00 a year. I could have easily bought these uniforms for much cheaper than the monthly price Aramark charged us. Now they are telling me that if I cancel the contract they are going to make us pay substantial penalties if we do not locate all of our uniforms. Aramark would return different uniforms to us and clearly did not keep track of their uniforms as they are asking us their customers to do. We would get pants and shirts that were not our correct sizes and could not wear them. Do not make the mistake of signing a contract with this company, they just will not let you go.

The coat cost around $190.00, I put down $130.00 came back when the coat was done and the coat was the wrong color. She tells me some kids order it like this I tell her I just wanted the traditional colors that most of the kids are wearing she says that's not how I ordered it and wouldn't let me exchange it for what I wanted or wouldn't give me my money back said I still owe $60.00 dollars on that coat but I didn't want that coat. Said if I wanted to change it would have to spend another $190.00 and order it the right way. So I didn't get the coat or my money back. My thing is this that's the first time I had ever ordered a customized coat she has done this for years it's her job to let the customer know there are different options different shades of colors but instead she stole my money and got away with it....this just my experience.
