My wife and I went to Woldruffs to purchase a pair each of shoes. We left 2-1/2 hours later with 5…read morepairs (one on backorder. This is our worldclass experience. We entered the store and met an unassuming young man named Ben. After asking a few questions he brought our 3 pairs of shoes to fit me. Then he brought out 12 more pairs of shoes to fit me. Two important points; 1. He worked his but off and I believe he does this for every customer. 2. I purchased 3 pairs of shoes from him. In my 74 years of living I have NEVER!!!!! purchased more than 1 pair of shoes at a time. My wife also purchased 2 pairs of shoes (1 on backorder) Ben brought out 8 pairs of shoes to fit my wife's foot. A great young man with great work ethic who knows shoes. Go to Woldruffs and ask for Ben. He is a great representative of Woldruffs. Oh one more point. As he packaged our shoes Ben tied up the shoelaces as they were originally and , wait for it, He walked us to the door and held the door open for us as we left.

This is small town awesomeness when it comes to Men's wear…read more I grew up in this town, but I rarely shopped here as a kid. Understandably, it's a Men's store and that's who they're catering to. The prices are what you'd expect for a Men's store, but the service you get is world class. They get to know you and your style and make appropriate suggestions. They carry Peter Millar, Allen Edmonds, Southern Tide, Agave Denim, Ralph Lauren, Tommy Bahama, and tons and tons of suits. They'll do special orders and almost always offer me a deal to thank me for my business. Downtown Goshen is now a destination. It's amazing to be able to shop and shop well in a small town this size. I ordered boots from PX Supply but before ordering my boots I read the reviews and it stated to order one size smaller which I did but it still was bigger then expected so I gave them a call and asked if I could exchange them for a smaller size. I also needed it to be expedited once they received it because I was leaving for training in about 2 weeks. Obviously, it would all depend on when I ship it and when they receive it so I paid for two day shipping - I'm from Hawaii and things always get delayed. Once I got the notification that my boots were received on their end I gave them two business days to make a move before I called for a status update. My boots were shipped I received them on time and it was expedited as promised by Arne. About a week later and just having been indoors, the left sole of my boot started to come apart, within a week I sent them 2 emails along with proof. I hadn't received a response so I gave them a call. Arne answered once again and he was phenomenal during both situations. He acted immediately and kept his word on the timeframe and gave good instructions on the shipment procedures for when I did my exchange. If it were not for his response to customer service this would have been a bad review because the boots definitely did not hold up but I was taken care of within a reasonable timeframe for the situation given. Thank you Arne! Happy customer. Recommend updating the email address on your website.
