Do not let them size your watch!…read more I brought in a Michael Kors watch I had sent to me as a gift to have sized. Everyone was nice, said no problem and bagged my extra pieces for me. The next day my watch fell apart. Upon taking it back to the store, I was told that not only were the wrong pieces put back in my watch, but not all of my extra pieces were put back in the bag. The store manager was extremely rude and repeatedly told me it wasn't their problem that my watch broken. That "if they had extra parts to fix it she would know" and "if I had taken it to a jeweler and they lost my parts, they wouldn't care either." Long story short, I had to call customer care, have replacements for the pieces that this store lost sent to me, and went over a week without being able to wear my new watch. I'm not saying Michael Kors is a bad company in any way. I'm just saying I would never recommend this location to anybody due to their very rude and unprofessional staff.

I was rejected at the counter because the tags were removed from the jeans, even though the jeans were never worn And tags were in the bag. What kind of a bullshit ass policy is that? The first thing people do is take tags off their clothing once they bring it home. Clearly the policy was designed this way in order to screw people out of being able to return their overpriced clothing. I've NEVER had this issue at any other store. I'm fact, I had another return that same day at Aeropostale, tags removed from shirt and in the bag, and I was able to return it with no issues. 0/10 for this store and their terrible service and policies. Will not ever shop here again. I HIGHLY HIGHLY suggest you stay away from here.
