I also am very grateful for the New Balance Shoestore in Granger, In. I bought a pair for almost…read more$160 in Dec, 2015. I didn't wear them but when I checked the fit in March, 2016...they were the wrong size. I took them back and got an equal exchange for the correct size. Again, I did not wear them until my cruise in December, 2016. After two days of wearing them, I had huge blisters and the pain was terrible. I tried wearing two pair of socks, bandages, pads, using ointment, antibacterial ointment and wearing a different pair of shoes. Once I got home, I didn't wear them for almost a month. The blisters started to heal although the skin was peeling from both feet for weeks. I tried them again this week and after an hour, I could feel the burning and see the blisters coming on again. I took them back today in the original box with the original receipt and asked what the store could do for me. They took the shoes back, credited me with the full price. I picked out a pair just like I had before and got $36 back on my credit card because the new ones were cheaper! Now that is customer service! I have purchased New Balance shoes from this store for several years and never had a problem. I think something in the material of the inner shoe might have triggered this reaction.

The female associate was not helpful but also rude. It was as if we were intruding on her space. She did not offer anything to us. Edwin immediately greeted me upon walking inside. He asked me what brought me in, and immediately started measuring and examining my feet. The retail workers at the store, Gabby and Amya, greeted me pleasantly, smiled, and offered help. They were genuinely helpful, not pushy, not ignoring me and talking to each other instead.... they were what retail SHOULD be! I found 3 shirts that I liked. The shirts I found were 100% cotton - THANK YOU LOFT for offering something in 100% cotton!!! Not rayon, polyester, etc. Since the store didn't carry the shirts I liked, these ladies ordered my size online (large, petite), and I will be receiving these in the mail soon. AND I received 40% off the shirts! Store-wide sale. Loft, please keep Gabby and Amya at this store. They are fantastic. You are blessed to have these 2 young women working for you. Do not let them size your watch!…read more I brought in a Michael Kors watch I had sent to me as a gift to have sized. Everyone was nice, said no problem and bagged my extra pieces for me. The next day my watch fell apart. Upon taking it back to the store, I was told that not only were the wrong pieces put back in my watch, but not all of my extra pieces were put back in the bag. The store manager was extremely rude and repeatedly told me it wasn't their problem that my watch broken. That "if they had extra parts to fix it she would know" and "if I had taken it to a jeweler and they lost my parts, they wouldn't care either." Long story short, I had to call customer care, have replacements for the pieces that this store lost sent to me, and went over a week without being able to wear my new watch. I'm not saying Michael Kors is a bad company in any way. I'm just saying I would never recommend this location to anybody due to their very rude and unprofessional staff.
