The shop has a huge variety of brands and styles from Chicos and J Jill to juniors brands and everything in between. The prices were beyond fair and the women working there were really helpful. The next day my watch fell apart. Upon taking it back to the store, I was told that not only were the wrong pieces put back in my watch, but not all of my extra pieces were put back in the bag. The store manager was extremely rude and repeatedly told me it wasn't their problem that my watch broken. That "if they had extra parts to fix it she would know" and "if I had taken it to a jeweler and they lost my parts, they wouldn't care either." Long story short, I had to call customer care, have replacements for the pieces that this store lost sent to me, and went over a week without being able to wear my new watch. I'm not saying Michael Kors is a bad company in any way. I'm just saying I would never recommend this location to anybody due to their very rude and unprofessional staff.
