The next day my watch fell apart. Upon taking it back to the store, I was told that not only were the wrong pieces put back in my watch, but not all of my extra pieces were put back in the bag. The store manager was extremely rude and repeatedly told me it wasn't their problem that my watch broken. That "if they had extra parts to fix it she would know" and "if I had taken it to a jeweler and they lost my parts, they wouldn't care either." Long story short, I had to call customer care, have replacements for the pieces that this store lost sent to me, and went over a week without being able to wear my new watch.
