We were easily able to make the returns as their main return policy is that you haven't taken the tags off or washed the items. I did like a lot of the shirts they had, and I joked that the anxiety shirt they have was made for me. The sizes appeared to only go up to XL so I would need to go down at least 1 size to look nice in their clothes but their products are really great. My family member looked great in the shirt they decided to keep and it doesn't break the bank to buy from them. Overall, if your at the mall it's worth stopping in because they have nice items and a great staff. I will definitely be back.

Within a day, I received a text stating that the item was no longer in-stock, & I was offered a substitute item, but it was an item I actually already owned. The person I was texting with took the time to find that item & coordinated for it to be shipped to them the next business day so that it can be sent out to me. However, when I ordered, I had somehow put the incorrect address, so it was sent back, after all of their hard work. I was immediately contacted to get the correct address, & it was shipped back to me, without an additional shipping charge that I offered to pay for my mistake. Above & beyond is the bare minimum way I can describe their customer service! Your kindness is truly appreciated & you have a customer for life!

I was assured that it would be there with no problem. Today is the 6th and I was told that they only get shipments on Wednesdays ly and that it would be there. It did not come. They don't know where it is or why it has not shown up but they won't let me get a refund until it does. What if it never shows up. Looking more closely at the receipt, it does state that it may take UP TO 15 business days to get there. However, since they only get shipments on Wednesdays that would be more than 15 business days. They, including customer service were very rude with me.

They were genuinely helpful, not pushy, not ignoring me and talking to each other instead.... they were what retail SHOULD be! I found 3 shirts that I liked. Not rayon, polyester, etc. Since the store didn't carry the shirts I liked, these ladies ordered my size online (large, petite), and I will be receiving these in the mail soon. I've never dealt with racism before but I dealt with it today. I watched a Hispanic couple before me return a pair of shoes that have obviously been worn. They look not good. Well they let them return them without even looking at them. Just scan the receipt then. The manager came over and took the money out of the door and gave it to him. But me they looked over the shoes with the fine too comb and then refuse to return them because they said the bottoms were dirty. I forgot to mention I called before I came because I live an hour away. I called to make sure that I can return them and I explained that my son wore them one day and they didn't fit him. They were hurting his feet so I called to make sure that I wouldn't get turned away if I drove an hour to return them and they said no problem. If I was Hispanic they wouldn't even have looked at them but since I wasn't it was a problem. What a horrible store. I won't stop until that manager is fired because it's not right to treat people like that.
