The next time I dropped off on the day the 20% ended and got nothing. I gave them that, thinking I missed the drop off deadline. This time for I dropped off a full day before the special ended and still got nothing as a discount. I have been a customer there for over 25 years and this how I am treated and have also been blocked from their website.

Unlike every dry cleaner I've ever been to in the last 20 years, who will place a sticker on the stain to alert the cleaner, she simply stated that's not how it's done here. According to her, if the dry cleaning did not remove the stain then i could have it "wet washed," but without any guarantee that the fabric would not be destroyed. I've quite frankly never been to a place that won't mark the locations of stains so that particular attention could be focused on those areas. To add to it, the worker was not personable and seemed dismissive. Fast forward to when i picked up the suits and NONE and I mean NONE of the stains had been removed. The workers in the afternoon were much nicer than the one in the morning, but neverthless the suits were in a terrible condition. They were pressed nicely, and no wrinkles were present, but they were NOT clean. Add to it that I was charged over $50 for 2 suits and a pair of pants, and I can confidently state that I will not be coming back here. I've been using dry cleaners for 20 years and have never had a problem ​before. It just feels that Ziker's has no pride in it's work. Oh, and to add insult to injury, it takes 2 weeks to have pants hemmed. Go somewhere else. ​

They clean the dress, and when I went to pick it up, it was a totally different color and it looked like the fabric had been damaged, they knew all of this in advance and tried to hand me the dress and charge me $16. When I asked them what happened to my dress they said " this season pinks bleed ""you should take it back to where you bought it and ask for a refund" ok if you knew that pinks bleed why didn't you tell me that when I dropped off the dress? I asked them for the manager they gave me her name and I called for two months. I finally got a hold of her , dropped off my dress with the belt that I did not have cleaned so she could see how they ruined the color and fabric. She told me go back to Zara and tell them the problem was with them. I have no idea why any business would think I would go back to the manufacturer when they were the ones who ruined the dress!!! They didn't pay for my dress, they just gave it back to me. I would NEVER recommend this place! I will Never go there ever again, they're overpriced and unprofessional.

Although there are very little staff interactions (how it's supposed to be), everything on the touchscreens are easy to use. It's amazing to see what technology can do today. I'm not sure if the improved technology is more recent, but they have a great routine going! I was in and out within minutes. I did end up talking with a worker and was telling her how amazing this is and how it saves me lots of time. It's so convenient and that's what I love about it. Ziker always goes above and beyond. I only have positive experiences there! I'd highly recommend this location.

Not only did they lose the items, it took me calling the store back three times before someone took me seriously and actually sent out a message to all the stores to look for them. They never found them, and they tried to make it right by asking me the value of the items and sending me a check. This whole thing pissed me off.
