She seemed a little confused so I repeated myself, only referring to them as flats, and she then understood, directing me to the back corner where they were located. I ended up finding a pair of black Lucky Brand flats for about $35 and I was very pleased to find something that worked for me that was not too expensive. The workers were helpful but one new workers seem to be training so they were busy helping that person learn the ropes while I was in the store. The store was organized and the employees were quick to make sure I got any help I needed.
