It took them over a week to fix (it's a 3 hours job). The alignment was botched and the steering wheel was not straight when it was returned to me. When I called them back to correct the issue, the service advisor informed me I can certainly bring the truck back... but they intend to KEEP the truck until my previous bill was paid by my warranty company. Shocked, I called the warranty company to see what was going on. They told me the dealer would not accept their payment due to having to run it through through a credit card service (100% of 3rd party warranties do this with 0 problems at other dealers). Apparently, Tyler did not want to pay the 3% fee for the transaction. Why this was not added to the cost (to me) I will never know. But Tyler would not accept payment and told me they would KEEP my truck until I PAID the full bill (I had already paid the deductible upon completion of the service that day). I wrote to the Service Manager with this problem, hoping to find a solution that worked for everyone. No reply. I emailed the General Manager. No reply. I then emailed Scott Tyler directly to tell him how his customer was being treated, because if it was my business, I would certainly want to know. No reply. I told them all in my email that I was reaching out to correct the issue in order to not have to do what I am doing today, which is share negative feedback with all social media and RamCares. Since there was nothing after several weeks of trying, here we are. And my steering wheel is still crooked, which I will now have to pay someone else to fix. Horrible service, incompetent employees, management, AND ownership. Take your money elsewhere so you don't have the same experience.

I had spent $10,000 and $2000 on a paint job and ceramic coat and I dropped my car off looking mint. After I had to literally threaten to call the police so they would release my car to me my car looked horrendous. There was adhesive all over the paint. And dirt was caked in all crevices like it was sitting there for a long period of time before it was touched. Had a car cover they never used and told me my car would be kept in the shop In the back which was a lie. They broke my window and replaced it without telling me, Burn holes in my seats, destroyed my weather stripping, chipped my doors, chipped my rear and front bumper, and hood, chipped my $1500 set of rims. They didn't even start in my car till may over a year later. They told me they were doing this and that but never really did any actually work. Shawn the owner claimed he ordered all these parts, and told me my parts I brought are right. Come to find out I had to order the other parts. Paid 14k in March of 2023 after Shawn demanded money to start on the car. But he told me he had started on it back in august of 2022. Come august when he claimed everything was said and done he said it was sent off to Fort Wayne Indiana to the tuners. I show up because my gut was telling me other wise after the crap this shop pulled on me. I go their look in the back and their it is. So I text Shawn and he said it's not their but I'm looking right at my camaro. So I go and confront his wife and demand Shawn comes here to explain. She said he was In Pennsylvania but when he picked up the phone it sounded like he was in the shop. So after confronting them they called the police on me for what ever reason. Then Shawn txted me saying he had moved my car from the shop to his personal house to be loaded up. I asked for pics but he could send me everything else but a pic of it at his house so I know my car is safe. So then when I demand for it back he had it hauled from the back lot of his shop. Claimed it was on a flat bed to be hauled to the tuners but then had to pay someone to go pick it up. Super fishy guy and business. Asked for my parts back and he has yet to produce any of them. I literally had to yank my car from this shop because of the massive go around I was going through. Shawn made so many promises just to lie to me over and over again with the same excuse. How are you going to make me pay 14k just to put me through a series of hoops. I paid 14k just to get my own parts and he still hasn't corrected the bill yet and I still do not have any of my parts back. Claimed he aligned my car but I couldn't even turn my wheel to the left.(poor alignment if anything was even done). I took the car my self to the tuners and asked for my specs and he can't even produce them for me. Claimed he had this special guy to my engine work just to take it to Napa which I don't mind. He told me his special person had it for 8months, just to tell me it was napa in august of 2023. Need my transmission specs but idk if it was really sent of or not.
