What a disgusting disaster store. Dirty, messy, employees are untrained/lazy/clueless. Management doesn't exist in this store. You can clearly see that normal customers don't come into this store. I really enjoy shopping at Target. I reminds me of my security of being middle class. However, I don't like this location. The employees here are equivalent to the troglodytes of the Cro-Magnon period. They're always in the way and the managers are just as guilty. I come in everyday before work to buy a drink and something to take for lunch. And everyday I have to make around these mongoloids which almost purposefully get in your way. I went to target in mishawaka to purchase a new phone .I tryed getting a u locked phone the guy scanned it and said it doesn't have a ber code for activation.he said no I can sell you this phone so we tryed a different more expensive one he said the same thing on that one also ..so they have all the unlocked phones they can't sell even though they have them ...then I spent a hour looking and waiting on a manager who never showed up..so the unlocked phones they can sell .the guy went and put them all back in the shelf.wtf?? read more

Such a HUGE location... you can get lost in here. There is a reason it's called SUPER Target. Anyway, nothing special except the size of the store itself. They did have everything in stock I needed and staff was very helpful. read more

Target is great. This location had a small Pizza Hut, Starbucks and a large grocery selection including produce, frozen food, meat, a deli and a bakery. They also sell wine and liquor. I could browse the aisles at Target for hours. The store is well lit. The merchandise changes over frequently so there is always something new to look at on aisle ends. This location also had a cell phone kiosk in an aisle over in electronics. I've upgraded service here in the past with ease. read more

If I could, no stars. Customer service is a joke. I was trying to buy a $300 stroller on a baby registry and they said the only way I could apply it to the registry was to have a paper copy, which, my fault, I did not have. I did not want to print out five pages so I just wrote out the info, thinking they could take if off with the number and name. I know, never make assumptions. After waiting 20 minutes in line, they only had one lane open besides the self serve ones and since I wanted to take it off the registry, I waited. The cashier told me to go to customer services and the could help me. What a joke! Her only suggestion was return it, print out the registry and then get back in line to repurchase! Yikes! No wonder these stores are going out of business. It makes me sad because I always loved target. read more

Do not go to this target! After trying to find an associate for 10 minutes, we finally find someone to help and they were rude. They didn't have any of the items we wanted off of a registry In stock, even though their computer system showed that they did. This was a horrible experience, I won't be coming back. read more

I've always been a big fan of Target in general...love their clothes, their home items, kitchenware and pretty much everything else they sell. But I think customer service may be their strongest suit. I know nothing about how they treat their employees, but based solely on the demeanor of the cashiers and other workers, it's probably a lot better than Wal-Mart treats theirs. I'll gladly pay the higher prices to not be grunted or scowled at, and get in and out quickly. But all this wonderfulness isn't the reason I'm reviewing a big box store, something I don't usually do. Recently I dropped off some film for my mom at their one-hour photo. (Yes, my mother still uses a film camera...and we will never ever be able to convince her to go digital. Ever.) The next day when we were looking over the photos, my mom realized the negatives were missing. We were both pretty upset since these pictures were mostly of my baby daughter and well-nigh irreplaceable. We had looked forward to getting reprints for our family and friends. I called the store and was put on hold for thirty minutes while they tried to find my negatives...actually I wasn't put on hold, the less-than-competent employee just put the phone down while she tended to other customers. I could hear every single word of their conversation. I hung up and called back again a few hours later and was told that they had lost my negatives. I asked to speak to a manager and the manager I talked to was surly and less than apologetic. She offered to refund my money, but there was no way they could replace those negatives. My mom and I decided to go to the store and talk to a manager in person. After some stalling by the employee at the one-hour photo, we finally got to talk to the store manager. Fortunately, he more than made up for his incompetent underlings. He was very polite, nice, and said he understood why we were so upset and that they never should have thrown away our negatives. He offered to scan in our pictures and make 2 CDs for us for free so that we could get reprints digitally. He did exactly what we wanted him to do: he fixed the problem and made things right. Hooray! The tl;dr version: minus one star for the goobers at the one-hour photo who threw my negatives away, but five stars for the awesome store manager. He's keeping me and my mom as customers. Way to go! read more

This isn't just Target. It's a Super Target. It says so on the sign. You can buy your groceries here and they have a great deli and bakery. For a long time I'd do a lot of my grocery shopping here. Their seafood section is the size of my body pillow though. Go to Martin's for that. My cousin and I use to come here when bored and play. And by play, I mean going down every single aisle to browse and buying useless shit because we were so damn bored in this poor excuse for a town. I also witnessed a guy shoplift a bottle of liquor here on a sunday once when the liquor aisle was blocked off, and like a good nark, of course I told on his ass, but only after I thought about it in my head while looking at which pastries to buy. This store is a great alternative to the Super Walmarts this town is engulfed in. Even though secretly I love Super Walmart too, but it can get a little too dank and annoying in the walmarts. I love you Super Target. I wish I can slip a roofie in your drink and have you forever. read more
