They kept my Dasher informed so the service was excellent. The Gyoza was excellent, and the Chicken - filet mignon Hibachi was well beyond my expectation. I did not expect the full meal- salad, Miso Soup, noodles AND rice. I ordered Yummy sauce of course- because how can you eat Hibachi without it?? Everything was outstanding. I will definitely be ordering again!! I can't speak to ambiance, but I am sure it's lovely. I can't wait for next time! Such a treat! Don't mind the picture- I didn't want to even take the lid off before I took it. So well packaged!!

It's not authentic Japanese, it's an interpretation of Japanese by Chinese workers and Cooks. Also, Chinese service isn't great and the waiter here isn't attentive and a bit too casual for my taste. The food itself is just acceptable, and for the price not great. The atmosphere also still is pretty weak, and the restaurant is small. It's sort of almost like a hole on the wall. On the West Coast, I've eaten at over 30 authentic Japanese restaurants, and for those of you who aren't Japanese restaurant or sushi aficionados... This food is probably fine. If you know we're good, Japanese food is, don't come here and frankly you may need to drive to Boston to get it.

The restaurant was not too busy on arrival, but then a steady stream of diners streamed in, as well as a brisk pace of take out orders. We had a friendly and efficient waiter, who helped explain the menu a bit as it was our first visit. The menu is pan-asian, but I thought leaned heavily into Japanese dishes. So many dumpling and Bao dishes, I was tempted to just have those, but also wanted to try a noodle dish. Xiao Long Bao and soup dumplings were delicious, and I absolutely want to return to work deeper into the dumplings here. For the noodle dish, we opted for Seafood Maloney, which was an assortment of seafood with glass noodles. This dish wasn't my favorite, had a fair amount of shrimp, but not much else, and wasn't a flavor that I loved. Next time, will try a more traditional noodle dish. This looks like a "family run" restaurant, and I would recommend a stop when in Dover NH

We always come here for any special occasion. But today was Mother's Day so I wanted some steak and shrimp stir fry on the hibachi grill. The comedic show from the chef was really entertaining and the boys of course caught the flying vegetables in their mouths but I passed on that . Prices are on par with other habachi restaurants. We almost always get the steak because it is very good quality and cooked to order. My boys ordered the noodles and I ordered the rice . Both were excellent. Their lunch or dinner combo comes with a miso , mushroom soup that my son always wants another. The traditional Asian inspired salad comes with it as well. The chef seems to really want to please the parties and I like that. The many times we have dined here led us to becoming casual friends at the grill because you sit with 6 to 8 other guests. If you haven't tried hibachi, you really should . This restaurant is clean, comfortable, and the food is great. Prices are a little higher than a regular restaurant but it's so worth it. When I brought my sister here for her birthday all the servers came around and congratulated her. They put a balloon birthday hat on her head. If you need a little smile and you like stir fry custom made to your liking, come here. You will be happy you did.

The shrimp tempura roll barely had any masago, I could literally count how many were on each piece (the most was 17 on one of them). Tempura bread crumb should fry up a nice light yellow color and be airy, this was brown and flat like a piece of fried chicken. Overall taste of both rolls was ok, nothing special, but not bad. Sadly Whole Foods shrimp tempura roll tastes better and they give twice as much for the same price.

The food, I ordered the tonkotsu ( pork bone broth Ramen) was absolutely delicious. The ramen were firm, a bit chewy in a good way, the vegetables were crisp, the pork belly was decadent. The service is consistently friendly and attentive, and the menu pairs perfectly with the excellent house cocktails from their full bar. The ramen bowls remain the highlight. The Spicy Tonkatsu Ramen, especially, is outstanding: a rich, deeply flavorful broth, tender pork, and that comforting warmth that hits the spot on a cold New Hampshire day. The Bao Bao buns are a great way to start the meal, and the Takoyaki--light, crispy spheres filled with diced octopus and drizzled with savory sauces--adds a fun, flavorful twist to the appetizer lineup. On our latest visit, we tried the Okdol Bibimbap. The presentation was appealing and the flavors were solid, but the dish leaned a bit too heavily on the rice compared to the protein and vegetables. A slightly more generous balance of toppings would bring it right up to the level of their other standouts. Even so, this place continues to impress, and I'm already looking forward to coming back and exploring more of the menu on my next visit.

All fine in their own right, but not exactly the environment you think of when selecting a sushi restaurant. Then, just to enter, you need to find the entrance behind a support column and take an elevator up to the second floor. So right off the bat it's a bit strange. That being said, once we were seated for AYCE, everything was superb. The server would bring us a new order card immediately after we ordered each round of food and checked back often ensuring we never had to wait very long for the next round of food to come out. The entire menu was available...sushi, sashimi, rolls (including the special rolls), apps, soups, salads, and hibachi. The sushi wasn't elite, but absolutely fresh and tasty. And the wine is very reasonably priced. There is also a hibachi area of the restaurant that we didn't visit, but we could hear it. It was loud and full of families and it sounded like the chefs were putting on a good show and everyone was enjoying themselves.

There are many options for Sushi around, and we came for the Chinese food. The dining room is nice enough, and we had a pleasant waitress. We started with the Mai Tai's, as others here commented they were some of the best they have had. While good, we didn't think there was anything extraordinary about these. Nice flavor, potent and adorned with a fresh orchid. Admittedly, we've had many excellent Mai Tais in Hawaii and elsewhere, so.... For appetizers, we tried the egg rolls and pan fried Peking Dumplings. The dumplings were great, clearly made in house and not at all like the commercial dumplings served at many restaurants. The meat filling was flavorful and they were cooked perfectly. We also tried the Egg Rolls, which were OK, not much besides cabbage in the filling however. The winning entree was the Singapore style noodles which had a delicious curry flavor and a generous portion of chicken. We also tried the sizzling delight with beef, scallop and shrimp. Often this type of dish is assembled at the table, but here it is brought from the kitchen fully assembled, but sizzling nontheless. It was tasty, but nothing extraordinary here. We enjoyed dinner enough this first time that we will be back to work our way into the menu a bit deeper.
