Upon arrival, check in at the front and receive your wristband before walking down the hall to the gender-specific locker rooms. Wristbands are how you'll charge any/all purchases, included spa services. Halfway down the hall, there's signage requesting you remove your shoes. From that point on, expect to be barefoot (socks are okay; socks and slippers are available for purchase in the locker room) You're given a uniform when you enter the locker room. The locker rooms and pool/hottub area is clothes-free. Be ready for that. The body scrub was amazing! I still feel as smooth as a baby, nearly a week later. There are several saunas available to try, along with a meditation/nap room, oxygen room, and movie theater. Be ready to spend hours here. It's worth it.

Receptionist pursuit to sale these memberships saving --- where I definitely remember her stating you can pause it anytime - the service will not expire and will stay on the account. Knowing the service will stay on the account, I signed up for this membership. I'm a busy mother working from home full time, breastfeeding, and caring for my child thus no time to treat myself so I pause my membership after 3 months. Now that I came back to the business because I'm almost due again in June to treat myself. The receptionist not only denied of my credit but print out a statement (highlighted for me to see) -- that should've been highlighted to begin with for clients -- these service will expire after 12 months. This is such a shame for a business to do this especially when it's a treat for someone to do these services and it wasn't like I'm asking it for free. These are services I paid in advance and it was misleading to not inform your receptionist to emphasize on the terms instead of making a sale that's it's never expire and will remain on the account. I had a peace of mind signing up for the membership knowing I can use it anytime and knowing my right. I not only walk away from the business feeling unappreciated and cheated but also upset by the way it was informed back to me why the service expired by throwing a printout and highlighted the terms and conditions. I left a vm at 5:30am for my 4:30pm appointment. I told them I was sick and didn't want to get anyone there sick. They told me I'd be charged $30, and it could go towards my next service. A few days later, I was charged $30 without my consent. The owner has specified that the $30 would go towards my next service. So I'm not sure why they charged my card. I'm not planning to return, it's not run very well. I'll travel further for better service.
