The cozy slippers were a nice touch! My massage therapist took the time to ask about my concerns (stiff shoulders and neck) and checked in throughout to make sure the pressure was right. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, dim lighting, peaceful music, and even a heated table. By the end, I sincerely felt so much better. She also showed me a few simple stretches I can do at home, which I really appreciated. Thank you, Laura! I'll definitely be back and am excited to try more of their services. I usually get a massage for at least an hour and a half or two hours cause I'm in that much pain. The masseuse was Susanna. She was massaging my ankles and says 'you're lower back is not good' I said 'Yes! that's true!' After the foot massage in the common massage area, I went into a private room for a full body massage with Susanna. She identified and targeted every painful spot and while the pressure of the massage was painful in the beginning... as she continued- the pain subsided and I felt rejuvenated. I walked out feeling the most normal I have felt in about 2 years. I had a bounce in my step and NO PAIN! I cried, Susanna hugged me.. I'm a busy mother working from home full time, breastfeeding, and caring for my child thus no time to treat myself so I pause my membership after 3 months. Now that I came back to the business because I'm almost due again in June to treat myself. The receptionist not only denied of my credit but print out a statement (highlighted for me to see) -- that should've been highlighted to begin with for clients -- these service will expire after 12 months. This is such a shame for a business to do this especially when it's a treat for someone to do these services and it wasn't like I'm asking it for free. These are services I paid in advance and it was misleading to not inform your receptionist to emphasize on the terms instead of making a sale that's it's never expire and will remain on the account. I had a peace of mind signing up for the membership knowing I can use it anytime and knowing my right. I not only walk away from the business feeling unappreciated and cheated but also upset by the way it was informed back to me why the service expired by throwing a printout and highlighted the terms and conditions.
