I'm a little sketched out by my massage experience. My girlfriend bought me a gift certificate, so I came here. When I arrived, I was greeted by about five women, so I was surprised when I was assigned a male masseuse (Tom). The massage was going very well until towards the end. Tom took the blanket off of my left shoulder and then he told me to turn over (from laying on my front to laying on my back). But I was topless, and with the way he had moved the blanket, it would've exposed my breast when I turned. This seemed deliberate because of the way he pulled the blanket down right before telling me to flip. I told him no and asked him to focus on my lower back and he sounded surprised. But he complied. I wonder if this is the same masseuse B.A. described in her review as "handsy." The ladies who ran the salon seemed nice, however. They allowed me to plug in my HEPA filter in the massage room for COVID safety. If you decide to book here, I recommend you request a woman masseuse. read more

Just visiting in the area, and was full of aches. They fit me in right away for a Swedish massage, and the masseuse (Soko? Was too relaxed at the end to be sure of her name, taller woman) found all of my problem areas without me telling her. Really skilled and would recommend her. Prices are affordable, especially for the quality of massage. Only thing I would say is the head hole on the bed was a little more uncomfortable than I'm used to. I maybe wouldn't recommend coming for your first ever massage since the communication was limited, but if you know the drill this is a perfect spot. We told the one who answered the phone that we gave the names of the ladies to gave our massage and told them if the ladies will not be available, please tell us or call us so we don't have to waste our time to go there. But when the time we were there, my wife make it sure and gave the names of the ladies that will give our massage and they said yes there available and we told the guy in the front desk we would like to ask for the ADDITIONAL THING *Hot compress for me and Cupping for my wife. We waited more minutes than the scheduled time they gave. When the time we were in the room, the other lady who's assigned to massage me wore mask and the other lady was not wearing a mask. So we wonder why this lady wearing a mask. The cost has gone up but it's clear on the website ($70 today, can pay via Zelle, $3 additional if by CC). Do tip. The massage is balanced throughout. They check in on pressure and includes hot stone and warm compresses still as well as scalp massage. Initial oil is odorless which I love to get a great fundamental massage and then when turned over to the front the oil or cream is something peppermint based that left us feeling so relaxed. She zeroed in on my tight shoulders and neck and almost worked away my many knots. It was my first massage here, so I was not expecting the hot stones. At first I thought it was some kind of hot liquid like oil. A little warning would have been nice, but once I realized what it was, I was able to relax again. The room I was in had 2 massage tables, but I am guessing that the masseuses' schedules did not line up because my husband and I got different times and different rooms, even though he made both reservations at the same time. If you pay in cash, they give you the "member price." A sign at the front say that the recommended tip for a 1 hour massage is $10. Feel free to give more, of course. Additionally, ranging from hole in the wall places to nicer spots in Thailand and a fancy resort spa in Cancun, but this place topped them all. I was stretched in all types of ways, I've never had hot stones, that was freaking awesome, the cooling menthol rub, and finally, someone who's not afraid to use some pressure! Every time I thought it was over, the masseuse surprised me with something else! It's normally $60 for 1 hour, but they're running a special for $50 for 1 hour. The spa is squeaky clean. The massage bed is heated, making it easy to relax, even though you are about to let a complete stranger touch you. The massage therapist is skilled and has soft but strong petite hands. There may be a language barrier and some difficulty communicating what you need and where you want her to focus. I came in with lower back pain. The therapist paid a little attention to my problem area, but shied away when I winced. She was not able to alleviate my pain. However, the rest of my body feels great. She used a light, odorless oil, fingers, palms, fists, elbows, forearms and hot stones to deliver a nice Swedish massage.
