Review Update (2026)…read more I am updating my original 5-star review from a few years ago. At the time, we were very happy with our kitchen remodel and the overall experience working with Creative Design & Build. The project turned out beautifully, which is why I originally left such a positive review. Over the years, however, I noticed that one section of the flooring felt slightly soft when walking on it. At first, it did not seem serious, so we continued to live with it. Recently, the problem became worse and a section of the floor began to noticeably sink when stepped on and eventually a few edges of the flooring broke. At that point, I became concerned that it could become a safety issue. Because we still had plenty of spare flooring boards left over from the project, I attempted to replace the affected board myself. Unfortunately, I was unable to get the new board to fit correctly due to the locking system, and I could not restore the original board either. I then contacted Creative Design & Build for assistance. One reason I reached out was because our original project manager, Oded, had told us that if we ever had any issues, we should contact the company. I left a voicemail and later received a return call from a staff member. After I explained the situation, she said she would check with management and get back to me. A few days later, I received a text message stating that the warranty had expired and that no repairs would be covered. This was disappointing because I had never been informed that there was a four-year warranty period, nor was I able to find any reference to such a limitation in our contract. When I asked for details regarding the warranty and whether they could recommend someone to repair the issue, I did not receive any further response. There were two other issues relating to electrical and plumbing, however we decided to live with that until we had a major problem we needed fixing. I still appreciate the work that was done on our remodel years ago, and our kitchen remains a space we enjoy. However, I have been disappointed by the lack of follow-up and support when a problem arose. My advice to future customers is to make sure all warranty terms, coverage details, and expiration dates are clearly documented and understood before signing a contract.

There was also a moment where we pushed back on the slab count and rather than brushing us off, they looped in the right people to work it through with us. That's just good business. Guy was the only person who came on time for the free consultation and took everything seriously. The pricing was also much better when compared to other contractors. It took a little longer than expected, but they really cared about getting everything done right. Guy did a wonderful job explaining everything to me, especially since I don't have any experience with remodeling or all the details that go into fixing a bath tub to walk in shower--He was always patient and made sure I understood what was happening. They were responsible, easy to work with, and even helped pick up and drop off materials, which we really appreciated. I was updated with pictures throughout the process. They came up with beautiful designs for our kitchen and bathrooms based on our preferences. The 3D renders that they made were very helpful in visualizing the designs before we fully committed. They also helped us pick and shop for all materials. Throughout the process, they are very communicative and accommodating. The subcontractors we worked with are all nice and offer good quality work. Dawn did a great job managing and inspecting their work everyday. Unfortunately, we didn't have a good experience with Forever Builders' cabinet vendor. This vendor made so many mistakes with our orders.  Notably they shipped us incorrect cabinet door types and refused to replace unless we pay extra. Some brand new cabinets came in with scratches and dings and therefore needed to be replaced. This added substantial delays to our projects. In the end, Forever Builders had to cut tie with them and work with a new vendor who was good. They helped resolve any pending problems. In construction especially with a big project like ours, we can't expect that everything will go smoothly. We can tell that Dawn and Forever Builders have tried their best to make sure we are satisfied with everything. Therefore, I do recommend them if you are looking for a reliable company for your future remodel.
