Exactly what we were looking for our family lunch on a Saturday. The menu has so many options to choose for the fish, the type you select and then cooked the way you want too, we had the Fried Cherna, grilled Corvina with Lemon sauce & fried fish bites! The seafood was amazing too and even the sides were outstanding (loved the fried yuca)! And to finish a perfect cortadito! Their prices are good and their portions are big! Totally coming back soon to try more things from the menu (hopefully I'll have space for the dessert next time cause they looked sooooooo good).

It was cooked perfectly, flaky and tender with a nice blackened seasoning that gave it plenty of flavor without covering up the taste of the fish. The fried plantains were a great addition, with that sweet flavor and crispy edges that paired really well with the savory fish. The yellow rice was flavorful and made the meal feel complete. Everything came out hot and fresh, and the portion was definitely filling. The restaurant had a relaxed, casual atmosphere, and the staff was friendly and attentive. Service was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend.

Crazy right!!!!. Drafts are $3 to $5 dollars, not even from the bottle. So major rip off! So watch that. And the $3 sign outside says 4pm to 7pm or so Mon to Fri! But in no world is Stella draft $12! We'll maybe in NYC upscale bar LOL. So lets talk atmosphere: casual dining seafood spot. Jeans/ sneakers. Music on patio with DJ. We ate inside, back dining room. Good Sangria. Decent. I've had better, its not homemade or string. Taste like a pre-made but works! See my photos: shrimp ceviche was best, then stew and paella! $90 for 2, plus 20 tip. Do $110 evening. Would have been lower with the right beer price but we live and learn! If we go down to Miami off 826, could be a stop to return too! Good quick service. Clean restaurant. No big fish smell considering you are in a fish house! Enjoy! Watch the prices and specials, could be some scam-ery on the prices!! Im not cheap but wanted fairness even in prices! After a full day of work, the last thing I wanted to do was drive across Miami in search of dinner…read more Fortunately, Miami Lakes has its own surprises. One of them is 1910 Restaurant & Bar, a Spanish-inspired restaurant that blends premium steaks, seafood, and a little theatrical flair without losing sight of flavor. The meal opened with an order of Cheese Balls, crisp golden spheres that reminded me of pão de queijo, except they skipped most of the bread and focused almost entirely on the cheese. The exterior shattered pleasantly, giving way to a molten, creamy center. Paired with a pineapple sauce, each bite balanced sweet and salty in exactly the right proportions. My wife ordered the Australian Wagyu Flap Sirloin, a 12-ounce cut grilled over charcoal and served with house-made chimichurri. It was everything you hope Wagyu will be, deeply beefy, wonderfully tender, and rich without becoming overwhelming. The chimichurri added brightness without stealing the spotlight. Then came the dish that first caught my attention. The La Reina de la Casa, or "Queen of the House." At first glance, it almost feels designed for social media, a cheese pizza crowned with an enormous grilled octopus. I would be lying if I said that presentation didn't influence my order. Fortunately, this wasn't style over substance. The pizza itself stood on its own with a crisp crust and generous layer of bubbling cheese. The octopus, however, was the reason to order it. It was expertly grilled, tender without a hint of chewiness, and seasoned with a spice blend the server politely described as the chef's secret. Whatever was in that seasoning deserved to remain a secret, because it transformed an already well-cooked octopus into something memorable. Dessert brought things back to the classics with a crème brûlée. The sugar crust cracked cleanly beneath the spoon, revealing a silky vanilla custard underneath. Simple, elegant, and exactly the ending the meal needed. 1910 could have leaned heavily on flashy presentations and premium ingredients. Instead, it paired both with thoughtful execution. That's a far more difficult trick to pull off. Some restaurants earn attention because they're photogenic. The best ones earn repeat visits because the food is every bit as impressive as the photos.

The lady up front who took my order does not speak English but she was nice enough to work with me. The store is very tiny, there's 10 tables that can seat 4 and a bar stool that can seat another 10. I came in on a Tuesday around noon expecting it to be full but it was moderate, at first there was only myself and these 3 ladies, but soon after people started to come in. They had the AC going so it wasn't hot as I thought it would be since everyone is crammed in there. So I wanted fried fish but I ended up with fried filet with yucca and coconut rice. The salad that came with the dish was just simply salad with Italian dressing. The yucca came out nice and hot but soon hardened, I think they should allow options such as french fries but I guess that's too American. The fish was banging hot, it was salty in some area but after squeezing the two limes on it, it wasn't so bad. Their coconut rice is amazingly good, I never had such thing but it was so sweet like plantain, it pretty much help balanced the saltiness of the fish. I also had the Colombiana kola which was pretty good. I paid a total of $14 plus tip for the entire lunch meal. Overall I would come back for more, just wish they would speak a little bit of english.
