The salmon is cooked perfectly and seasoned well. The chicken is delicious with good seasoning as well. I love the sliced pickles and cherry tomatoes too! The potatoes are very good. Even with it being busy, the service is quick and attentive. Refills showed up before asking. The garlicky chicken is pretty big, so bring your appetite! Didn't feel rushed at all, even with it being busy. It is a little loud, but not so much you can talk at the table. I would definitely recommend Meddy's.

Pita bread + hummus was amazing and Jae did a great job serving us! Tabbouleh + salmon main plate with extra hummus was pretty good! Tabbouleh is a little lighter than what we've had before but overall it was really good. The whole team was great, we had a wonderful lunch. It's a little loud and cold in the restaurant so we ate on the patio which was nice.

I understand this is a franchise operation but don't diminish their offerings by using the term "chain". As an experienced Mediterranean diner I found everything we tried to be top notch. Generous portions at reasonable prices make this super healthy dining experience a refreshing addition to the eatery landscape. We tried their "Main Plate" with different protein and side options and enjoyed them all. And my Sugar Tooth wife loved the enormous Grand Finale dessert.

Our family eats Meddy's weekly! Dine in is always fast and curbside pickup is a great option. Our family's favorites are the big bowls and shawarma and garlicky chicken!

For the past year, I have been seeing friends rave about Meddys. However, despite their overwhelmingly positive reviews, I had never visited this Mediterranean establishment until today. I entered with high expectations and they were exceeded. I ordered the Chicken Big Bowl and it was very filling. Paired with complementary pita and free drink refills, I thoroughly enjoyed my meal. Overall, it was a great first experience, and I will definitely be retuning soon.

This location is in a shared plaza with several restaurants but limited parking. We did circle the plaza and found a spot but others in our group had to park offsite. When you walk in - you order at the counter right away and are handed your drink and number. There are lots of seating options including a covered patio area which was quieter than inside. There was definote space for various sized groups. The service was really good, we had multiple people stop by for drink refills, dropping off pita bread for the table and making sure we had everything we needed. The food was good. I appreciated that there was a gluten free bread option, not something you see at Mediterranean places. I really enjoyed the lentil soup, it was hearty and had good flavor. Portion size is good for the price. May the parking be in your favor.

I really love this place! There were seats at the bar and we were served by Jose. I requested a drink that was lower in cal, and he recommended the Ranch Water. Refreshing and perfect. My friend ordered the Shawarma wrap, I ordered the Garlicky Chicken plate - and WOW! I LOVED it! I'm always looking for a higher protein, lower carb option. Even though it's a large plate, I ate the perfectly grilled chicken and the epic pickling sides. We have come back for more since. This place is always busy. Rightfully so. The staff is friendly, they have a bar, outdoor seating, and the time to get your food was fast!!! THUMBS UP ALL the Way!

I've never had a bad meal at Meddy's. Everything is so fresh and flavorful! Our favorites are the chicken and the lamb with the main plate or big bowl and the citrus salmon is always fantastic. The garlic potatoes are outstanding and I have to have the hummus every time, with chips and pita. Our top tip: double the protein for a fraction of the price. I don't always splurge on dessert, but the grand finale lives up to its name!

If you love Mediterranean food - run don't walk to this place! We will be back. Upon entry you will stand in line and order food at a counter and leave with order number stand and drinks. Get you seat then a bar drink as it's super busy. One food arrives there are multiple staff walking around to meet you needs. We sat on the porch and even though a bit cool we stayed warm with the heaters. Interior has booths and tables with warm lighting and a really cool tress that goes to the ceiling. The chicken was my absolute favorite but all dishes were phenomenal.

Today my friends and I enjoyed a wonderful lunch at Meddy's! The place has a nice vibe, the staff were friendly, and the food...delicious! Everything was delivered fresh, full of flavor, and beautifully plated. The manager was so helpful with ordering, offering suggestions and personally checking on us after we received our meals. The portion size is very large and could easily be shared. The hummus is so tasty and smooth. Despite us invading their restaurant for 3 hours socializing together, we never felt rushed and the manager even brought us the ultimate dessert to try. It was so good! read more

Was pretty good. Probably some other Mediterranean places I prefer more in the area, but I do think the ambience here is better. Prices are reasonable. Service was a little awkward, but it's early days for them so I'm sure they're just working it out. I would go back because this seems like a consistent place. read more

Banging Beef Shwarma & the Heaping Hummus Chicken were both amazing. I will definitely go back soon for the Heaping Hummus. We went for lunch yesterday and I already want to go back. On the downside, we thought the Tabouli was disappointing and overpriced. Even though orders are taken at a counter, food is delivered to table by very attentive, friendly, and efficient servers. I don't know if Spring Break had any influence on the ridiculously busy parking lot, but there are way too many restaurants in that location. One person in my party had to park down the street in a parking garage. What a great place. I will gladly make the drive from Owasso to revisit. This is definitely a diamond hiding in a little known group of restaurants & shops. This would have been a 5 star review but the Tabouli stole one of those stars. read more

Meddy's is our very favorite spot to eat at! We do take out and it's always warm and fresh when it arrives. The food is truly delicious and reasonably healthy that just hits our flavor profiles! Our meals are always perfect! The prices are reasonable for what you get at Meddy's...large portions, enough for some leftovers for lunch the next day, unless you're very hungry and eat it all! Ha!! They are always busy so you know they are doing something very right! Give them a try if you haven't yet...you won't be disappointed! We appreciate their rewards program also! read more

The first time we went here the food was amazing so we went back for a second visit and the food was okay. The flavor is out of this world but the second time the garlicly chicken was very dry and I honestly had a hard time eating it without it getting stuck. The pitas both times were very good if you just ate the centerpiece with that outside edges were dry and crispy they're hummus I think was probably the best I've ever eaten. The service both times was out of this world very attentive and kind service. The feeling of the building would be so much better if they would turn the music down you can even converse with the person on the other side of the table because of the music and oh my God it is so loud in the bathroom read more

I have been several times now and can't wait to go back. The food is great, very fresh and consistent. I've had the Chicken Shwarma which was very good. The pickle in it is different but good. I love the Main Plate with Chicken, especially the garlic sauce that comes with it and the Chicken bowl is a great choice as well. The veggies are very fresh and prepared well and the hummus is spot on every time. Love the atmosphere, it's such a cute place especially for lunch. It is busy and cozy so not great for a business meeting but a must for meeting up with friends and family. We have ordered curbside, got home and were missing a full meal, so just make sure you check your bag before you leave. I highly recommend Meddy's. read more

I normally like Meddy's. But yesterday I placed on order using Uber Eats. Literally within seconds, I realized I had paid with the wrong credit card. So I canceled the order, then placed a new order for THE EXACT SAME ITEMS using the correct card. All of this occurred during about a 2 minute time frame. However, Meddy's charged me for BOTH orders. According to Uber Eats, Meddy's won't drop the charge for the "canceled" order, which is absurd. Just go to Cava instead. They are as good and don't steal from their customers. read more

OH MY! Meddy's is an incredible addition to Tulsa and specifically to that plaza where kids can run around outside in the green space. We're fans of any Mediterranean food but aside from the family run hole-in-the-wall places (which we love---shout out to Shawkats)...the chain offerings have been lacking. Taziki's is hit or miss and Cava came on strong but they've sunk so low in their chintzy offerings and attitude and lowering food quality that we'd almost lost hope of anyone putting together the combination of high quality food consistently with the convenience of fast service. Now along comes Meddy's. I'd heard they'd landed in OKC and Tulsa so we made the unfortunate decision to try them out on Valentines Day...line waaay out the door, so we tried again the day after and we were not disappointed. The food was outstanding...vegetables were crispy and hot and still tasted fresh. The hummus was superb. We couldn't finish it all but it tasted even better the next day. Very impressed with this new spot! Staff was friendly and even didn't hesitate to allow us to try a sample of the baba gannoush. The food came quick and it was a busy Saturday evening. The atmosphere was really fun with a laid back but fancier vibe, and the outdoor patio was heated. Food was amazing, great price, simple yet flavorful and authentic, and big portions. I was blown away by the amazing service at Meddys! I had an issue with the third party delivery that delivered my order ( not the restaurant's fault!) but the manager Justin insisted on resending my entire order free of charge anyway! He also sent his own staff member to personally deliver it to make sure no more mistakes were made. Also the food was excellent! I am now a devoted fan! read more

This is going to sound bad, but it actually turned out good. I've eaten here a couple of times, but last night I ordered takeout online. After submitting my order, and subsequently getting a text from my bank that my card had a pending charge, the website gave me a message that my order couldn't be placed. I then called the restaurant and explained what happened. The girl took my order and then send a link to my phone for the payment. Once again, I got a pending charge notice from my bank and then a message that my order couldn't be placed. I just decided to go to the restaurant after all this and was pretty frustrated. The employees and manager did a fantastic job of diffusing my frustration and assured me that it was a web issue and assured me they would get it fixed. The manager even threw in free dessert for my trouble. I'll give him high marks for training his employees to be as professional as they were. Oh yeah. The food is also amazing. read more

I eat here almost every day of the week since it's so close to my job. The food is amazing and decently priced plus it all just feels healthier than most of the other options around here, especially when I just get a side of beef shawarma for $5!!!! One of the most unique parts of the visit was learning that the person seated at the table next to us was the previous owner. She is still a regular customer, and her photo is proudly displayed on the wall in the restaurant. That says a lot about the history, loyalty, and character of this place. I also accidentally left my credit card behind and did not realize it until about an hour and a half later. I called the restaurant, and the management immediately helped resolve the issue. They kindly arranged to mail it to my home in Los Angeles, and I have now received it safely. That level of honesty and customer care is rare. A special thank you to the management for handling everything so professionally, and to Heather for her kindness, attentiveness, and outstanding service. We're from out of town and decided to try Meddys because Ralph was craving Mediterranean food, and wow... this place absolutely delivered. Easily 5 stars for us. The food was fresh, flavorful, and honestly some of the best Mediterranean food we've had in a long time. Everything we ordered was delicious. But what really stood out was the atmosphere and the staff. Every employee seemed genuinely happy, friendly, and like they truly enjoyed being there. Ralph even commented to one of the staff members that the owner or boss must be doing something right because you could just feel it walking in. Great food, great service, and just an overall really welcoming environment. We'll definitely come back anytime we're in Tulsa again. read more
