Meddy's has been nothing short of amazing with customer service. I go here weekely and bring someone new each time! My guests love the food, the freshness, and the variety of options! We are looking forward to new specialties they drop throughout the upcoming months! We are pescatarians and vegetarians most of my guest, so we are excited about the ways the menu continues to grow! Catered a large family get together and it was fabulous! We had a selection of humus, pita as well as vegetables and rice along with chicken and beef. This was a Friday night and it was PACKED. We got through the line and found a seat. The adult food came quickly and was really good! But our kiddos food never came, the staff was awesome, fixed the situation, brought more bread during the wait and gave us a free dessert. Every staff member was rocking it. We really enjoyed our time at Meddy's! We had been seeing advertisements and good reviews so we decided to give it a try for ourselves as we are huge Mediterranean food fanatics. We pulled into the parking lot and immediately saw a line to the door for ordering food which was a bit intimidating but also a good sign for a restaurant. We then had to park a pretty long ways away from the restaurant entrance as Meddy's is in a shopping center and shares a fairly small parking lot with many other businesses/restaurants. When you enter [this] Meddy's, you are immediately in line to order at the counter. I ordered the Main plate with chicken. I wanted to order a bar drink but was directed to the bar to order this after I placed my food order. We found a table and I walked up to the bar to place an order where I waited in another line of people and ended up standing by tables of people eating which was a bit inconvenient. I ordered the Triple M which is a margarita with a za'atar rim and was told my drink would be brought to my table. I went to find my husband and friends who had found a table and we waited a few minutes for our food to arrive. When it came out, I was so impressed by the presentation! Our food looked and tasted delicious! We all enjoyed our main courses and I really enjoyed my drink! My friend had ordered the Mousse dessert at the counter and told a server about it, and the server left to retrieve it but when he returned, we were told they were out of every dessert except the root beer float and no refund was offered which we found a bit weird. While we loved the food and atmosphere while sitting, the service and layout were not quite polished yet. We will be back though! read more

The food is good, but the hygiene is not OK while waiting in line. I saw multiple team members touch their faces with their gloves. Use the phone with the gloves and with the same pair of gloves go and touch the bread directly so for that I would not recommend Hygiene is very important, especially this day and age. We shouldn't use the same glove as we touch the phone and the keyboard to touch food or the same gloves we used to scratch our face then touch food with it. read more

Great food & service! Like the patio--especially because the restaurant is very, very noisy. That is the only reason I'm giving it 4 instead of 5 stars--the noise level inside. At least the patio has heaters for the cold weather, and fans for the hot weather. read more

Had takeaway for the work lunch yesterday and we all agreed that it was very good. Portions were large - I honestly could have made three meals out of the stacked hummus with chicken. I had heard nothing but great things about this restaurant. So yesterday I requested this for my birthday lunch. It's really nice inside. You order at the counter and then your food comes to the table. As we were waiting for our food an employee came over to bring us pita bread, nice to have but the delivery was a little off putting as it was just dropped (literally) on the table and the staff member just walked away with no words. The pita bread was good and the olive oil on the table had great flavor (would love to know what the brand is). Food took a while to arrive thankfully we were not in a hurry. The food was very bland and the tabouli was all parsley and had no flavor at all (a slice of lemon would have been nice). We had a Big bowl with Chicken, a Big bowl with Salmon and the Shawarmbaa with Tabouli. For three meals and two sodas the total was over $50 not including the tip we left. We had high hopes but were left underwhelmed. read more
