Their pork chops are so good and ribeye steaks were delicious and tender-had to cut off a bit of fat but will do for the price. They have fun frozen seafood in small batches so you can use in one meal. Service is good, market is clean and well organized. Some things don't have prices which makes it hard to ask when it's busy. The staff was friendly and helpful. ETA: Today when I started to make my pot roast, imagine my surprise when I found that I had two chuck steaks... not really super conducive to pot roast, and a little annoying since I asked for chuck roast. I've been to other butchers and asked for chuck roast and never been given bone-in chuck steak. This isn't something I could use because it wouldn't fit into the pot and I couldn't cut it with the bone in, so I had to go buy another $40 of meat at Albertson's. Not sure that I'll be returning to Long's. Hope my sister can use the meat so it won't be a total waste of the $30 I spent here.
