I don't mind waiting a few more minutes to speak with the manager, he still refuse to come, ident informed the staff that I did not want any free items because anything I wish to purchase from Chick-fil-A I could easily afford. It was the poor customer service the lack of care, the lack of concern this is the most disgusting Chick-fil-A location I've ever experienced nationwide. I will never patron this location again and I encourage you to drive a few miles extra and do the same
