After a quick Yelp search, we found this spot. Once we arrived, finding street parking was tricky but not impossible! We had a reservation and were seated almost immediately. Definitely get a reservation if you are planning to go here. They have indoor and outdoor patio seating. We decided to sit inside. Being a vegetarian, I'm always on the lookout for interesting innovative food items. They had a vegan tamale and a veggie enchilada, stuffed with interesting list of vegetables. I decided to give those a shot. The tamales came out relatively quickly. The presentation was 10/10. The flavor profile was amazing. It was interesting to see the choice of vegetables. Overall, I loved the dish. The enchiladas came out quickly too. Again, the presentation was 10/10. It also came with a side of rice. The rice was surprisingly flavorful and tasty. The enchiladas were stuffed with delicious vegetables. I did request the cheese on side. Overall, we loved both the dishes. To celebrate our anniversary, they brought out a coconut cream ice cream. It was delicious and topped with fresh berries ! I highly recommend checking out this restaurant , you won't be disappointed!

We honestly felt like we paid full size prices for kid size meals and left still hungry. We had another appointment immediately afterward, so we didn't have time to order anything else, which made it even more disappointing. We've been to the Azusa location, and the difference in portion sizes is surprising! The servings there are easily 2-3 times the amount. For what we paid in Palm Springs, we definitely expected more. The food itself was enjoyable, but the value and portion sizes really missed the mark for us.

They have Cuban food options that are delicious. I've tried their empanadas and they're so good! We waited another 50 mins before I asked for an update after waiting for more than 80 mins, Cas came out of the kitchen and snapped at me saying "what's the problem here?" So I said "well I'm just asking for a status of my order." First of all, I wasn't even talking to Cas and she didn't even know what was going on before she took it upon herself to yell at me. Kila, which was the person I was talking to originally was extremely friendly. She apologized for the delay and even offered us some pastry which we did not care for after Cas inserted herself into a conversation that had nothing to do with her. It's ironic how as a paying customer, I was using a polite voice to ask for status and got snapped at by an employee. Got our refund and took our business elsewhere. There are plenty of options here in old town Temecula.

On a sparsely traveled side street that separates the Target parking lot from the 91 freeway, is an attraction that will have you slamming on your brakes and craning your neck to see what the fuss is all about. The day we came, a Sunday afternoon, there were about 10 different, brightly colored trucks lined up along the curb, lights flashing, music blaring, and lines starting to form. You can park your car in the adjacent parking lot, there's plenty of room! Yes, this a very successful food truck according to Yelp. And by far the most patronized truck I saw that day. Inside the tiny galley kitchen are 4 hustling adults, including sweet Isabelle, the food ambassador of a husband and wife duo. I loved her enthusiasm and bright smile. At this point, I want to mention that Columbian taste buds are more finicky than many of their Central and South American brothers. So do not expect hot chile anything. Their palates prefer milder, not spicy foods, even though one of the sauces served with the empanadas was a garlicky, bright, herbal, oily sauce, not unlike the Argentinian chimichurri sauce. They call it aji (ah hē). I find it very addictive. Bandera Paisa - this is a combo plate that features a fat, Columbian chorizo (a non spicy sausage), a pile of moist shredded beef, a large strip of pork belly, white rice, Columbian red beans, a fried egg, avocado, and several pieces of fried sweet plantain. There is also one Cheese Arepa included. This dish can easily be shared by two and is a phenomenal deal and interesting taste adventure. Beef Arepa. This is basically a fried masa pocket substantially filled with their signature shredded beef, then topped with guacamole and white cheese. This is very similar to their beef empanadas, so I would encourage ordering one or the other, not both. It's big. Beef Empanadas (3). This is not your usual empanada. The generous beef filling is made from their sensational slow-cooked, flavorful shredded beef with a hint of corn and vegetables. The pastry is actually made of a coarse grained masa, formed into the traditional moon-shape, then deep-fried. It is heavier and far more filling than what I am accustomed to, but it has a chewy, coarse textured mouth appeal and rich flavor. One order is 3 empanadas. They offer an interesting variety of drinks, the most notable being their iced Columbian coffee (intensely rich, creamy, and sweetened) and a Passion Fruit Slushy that is an exotic fruity perfection. Both are pre-made and served out of a dispenser. Columbiana soda, plus other sodas and juices, are available in bottles and cans. The only downside is the seating. A few wooden tv trays and canvas folding chairs are set up on the uneven dirt adjacent to the sidewalk. It appears that using the sidewalk is off limits for seating. I loved their cute, vibrant Cuban music, but oftentimes it became overwhelming as it competed with another truck's equally loud Mexican music right next to them. That, and the seating, effectively convinced me that eating my food elsewhere was probably a better idea, even though sweet Isabelle was frequently checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. Our bill was really reasonable, considering the amount of food we had. It was approx. $42, and there was plenty to bring home for another day.

We were too full to try more but everything looks delicious and we will definitely be back for more. Highly recommend.

The Ensalada Duranguense and ribeye steak were the stars of the meal. The ribeye was excellent done perfectly and came with delicious extras definitely a five-star surprise. The drinks had great flavor, although, being Mexican, I prefer my drinks like my opinions: a little stiffer. They were good, but they could use a bit more alcohol. The tacos, however, were not a 5 for the price, at a fancy restaurant, I expected something special, but honestly, you're better off buying street tacos and saving your money. Don't order the tacos unless you enjoy paying premium prices for an experience that leaves you wishing you had gone to the taco truck. Overall, the service was great, the drinks were flavorful, and the Ensalada Duranguense and ribeye were fantastic. Just skip the tacos--and ask for Sarah if you visit!

Seriously? The food is mid, for sure. We've tried various items, from the steak nachos, guac, and more. The service is incredibly slow. To the point where each time I've had to literally seek out a server and ask if they've forgotten about our order. The servers are not familiar with the menu or common off-menu cocktails. I really wanted to live this place. It's down the street from my house, has awesome views, and has aspirations for being cool. But, the execution could not be any worse. I just don't get why they'd waste the opportunity they have when they've obviously invested so much.
