They refused to take a dish back that we told them is not the dish we ordered immediately when we received it, before it even touched our table. They then took it back, but refused to provide a replacement. They also refused to take it off of the bill. We waited 30 minutes for all these answers too and were embarrassed in front of the entire back half of the restaurant. We had other customers come by and say that we were completely in the right. I've never experienced this before in my life. Plain and simply, it's thievery. Very unprofessional and I worked as a waiter and restaurant manager for 5+ years. I can't imagine doing this to patrons of my business.
Edit after the owner's response: No, not just one star reviews. People, just look at the attitude of this reply, and then wonder if I'm lying about terrible service.
There's not one incorrect word in my statement here. I even asked if they'd pay the difference in the check to charity and I was told flat out, "no." I'm absolutely ashamed to call these people my Jewish brothers. read more
