This Greek Restaurant had excellent service, a nice breeze on patio, great food and drink. Our waiter chose some Greek Mediterranean plate w pita to start. The food is well portioned, it was tasty (although my meat was a little tough, everything else was really well prepared and tasted great) and the servers were really nice! It took a while for all the food to come and for us to get going after eating but it was also nice just sitting and going at a relaxed pace. It's a Greek restaurant but they also served Austrian dishes. I actually did not plan to have traditional Austrian food for the first time here. But since I was wandering around the Belvedere Palace Museum and it got pretty late, I decided to give it a try. It wasn't really busy on Wednesday night. We were seated promptly and the server came to take our order. He recommended us to have a family plate to share which included Viennese goulash, veal schnitzel, sausages and rib. He also brought out pita bread with potato salad and cabbage that we didn't order but I thought it came with the family plate so I didn't say anything. It was way too much food than what we agreed with his recommendation. My favorite was the goulash and pita bread. I didn't like the rest of my order, especially the schnitzel was too dry for my liking. They also gave us complimentary little dessert at the end of our meal which I considered as a good gesture. When the bill came, I saw we were charged differently than what the server originally told us for the family plate. He told me it's about €20 per person but it ended up €32 per person. Also, the other server who brought out the bill tried to pressure us about tip. Overall, I paid close to €200 for this dinner with drinks and tip. I don't like the fact that they weren't honest about the price, the amount of food, and their tipping culture here. Honestly, I wouldn't tip anything at all if all of this happened to me. But, I kinda knew what I signed up for when I decided to dine in at a touristy area, so I just let it go. I would not recommend this restaurant due to my bad experience here. read more

I went to the art corner because it is directly across from Upper Belvedere museum. My Uber dropped me there for my museum trip. So, completely happenstance. The place is crazy busy. If you are sitting alone they will not hesitate to sit another single at your table after you have finished your entree and are finishing your drink and awaiting your bill. I enjoyed my food. I enjoyed the atmosphere. The staff was Very busy and we're still friendly and attentive. Even though it is tourist driven, don't hesitate to dine here. read more

Delicious food. Reasonable price. Yes it's a bit touristy but it wasn't too busy when I went. Even locals go there. It has both Greek and Austrian dishes. They gave me free desert, creme brulee, on the house but the top wasn't cooked to a crisp (it was soggy). read more

Starving at 10:30 am and needed food near the Belvedere. They still serve breakfast and desserts mid morning. Staff was friendly and great English. The restaurant flavors lean towards Mediterranean. The ham and eggs were two fried eggs with four slices of deli ham and cheese. With sliced cucumbers, tomatoes and black olives. Also a large basket of various breads and toast. The apple strudel portion in huge and very hot. They also serve a Mozart coffee- Viennese coffee, Mozart chocolate liqueur and whipped cream. Pretty fabulous on a winter day. After a long afternoon at the Belvedere museum/palace we decided to come here based on the positive online reviews. We are not disappointed! The food was fresh and delicious, the service was fast and excellent, and the ambiance was very nice. I had the Greek moussaka which was incredibly delicious! And I ordered the side salad which was very good and plenty of it even though it was a size small. My brother had a lamb dish which he liked a lot. My mother had the mixed sausages with potato salad and cabbage which she liked. My step father had the ribs which were a huge portion that came with potatoes and a red onion salad. They were a little on the dry side however. Then at the end of our meal we were surprised by a Little dessert. Very yummy :) I highly recommend in planning to come here instead of the museum cafe next time you come to Vienna and visit the museum! read more

This is the best restaurant we have ever been to. Roni has our heartsthe best server ever!!! The spit fired lamb was so scrumptious!! And so was the Apple strudel!! Food came out quick and each plate was filled with lots of food. There was enough food on each plate to share between two people. Service: The waiters were also friendly and our drinks and food came out fast. Tip: This place is located across the street from the Belvedere palace. Due to its location you may pay little more compared to local restaurants but the food is decent and the beer is cold. Always check the board by the main entrance for specials. Spontaneously came here and was greeted by a warm waiter who translated the menu for us and gave great suggestions. We got baba ganoush, which had a great texture, feta-stuffed peppers, and octopus salad. They all were refreshing. Also I recommend their sauvignon blanc. When you are odering water, waiter will bring you 1 liter bottle for the whole table, when ordering salad, they bring it as an appetizer for the entirre table with pita and hummas etc.. I don't like to give bad reviews but the service wasn't so good here...They brought everyone's drinks but forgot mine. Then served our food but again completely forgot about mine. When it did come, I wasn't so impressed: I ordered the Keftedes (4 small beef patties/burgers with chips and tzatziki) but the flavour of the meat was very average. The best thing about it was the tzatziki. Probably wouldn't eat here again but would go for drinks. It is good for groups, and they were kind enough to accommodate us without a reservation. I'm surprised this place only has 3 stars on Yelp. Came here twice during my stay in Vienna. I learned pretty early on that I didn't love Austrian cusine so it was nice to try something different! The service was great, very attentive waiters. The food was great. Loved the Greek salad and the flaming feta. The first time we stopped in we got complimentary desert which was amazing! A very nice greek restaurant, with quiet good food (but heavy) and a great service. After escaping the coldness of the blevedere christmasmarket, its a nice spot to warm up and to have another glass of wine. The prices are a little high, especially for a glass of wine which costs about 4,50€. But when we entered (a group of about 20 people) the waiter was so nice to get us a table whithin a jeffy, even though we thought there is not enough space he managed to get us all in - that was very kind. read more

yes, ok I am going to review Art-corner since I checked in there. though, I didn't eat there, just had a drink, okay, 2 ;) and the wine was indeed very good! and they were very good at accommodating a large group at short notice and some of us received a send off drink at the bar, however, the food didn't really look that great and the comments some of the others made about the food was that it was ok but nothing out of the ordinary, so hence its a 3 *. however, really good for big groups and maybe you will also spot the waiter that looks like a young Mr Bean aka Rowan Atkinson ;) read more

My boyfriend and I stopped here, just by chance, for lunch because it was the closest place to the Belvedere Palace. It was delicious to say the least!! I had the gyros special while my boyfriend got a lamb stew (we don't remember the name). The service was quick and the waiter was very friendly! During our meal the owner was walking around asking everyone if they were happy with their food, which was a pleasant surprise as it was the first time anyone had asked us about our meal since we had gotten to Europe (we know that service is different, while still great, everywhere, this was just nice). After lunch we were surprised with a small desert on the house, which we very much enjoyed! When we went to pay (they accept card which is a lovely bonus) the owner gave us each a glass of wine as well! It's easy to tell he cares deeply about the happiness of his customers. We were already very happy with our experience, but he went above and beyond! He really made us feel important. We will definitely eat here again given the opportunity!!!! read more

Had a very pleasant experience here, in contrast to what some reviewers have written. We were greeting warmly, had quick and pleasant service and a very acceptable lunch. My wife's gyro platter was large, the meat tender and tasty. I had a clearly homemade chicken soup and a simple tomato salad. The bill was accurate, fair and matched the posted prices. On top of this, before we left, the owner placed two free desserts in front of us.
