The quote was then way more than what we were expecting so we didn't move forward with the work. We were then told they had a $75 cancellation fee - something we were never told over the phone. I've never had this happen before. Even with our other handyman, plumbers, etc. - if you can't do the work, you don't get paid for NOT doing the work. We were told that this would cover gas expenses - why take a job that is out of your network? They knew our address well before coming out. Also, some of our intake conversations were over text, so I wish we discussed the job over photos so they knew what we wanted to do in terms of the job and give us a proper quote. Just felt very scammy and weird after them asking for money without starting the job.

To start the process, Matt brought in their proprietary device that precisely measures each entire door frame and hinge locations within a couple thousandths of an inch. The resulting doors fit absolutely precisely in my 40 year old home. Once the doors are made, their installation is a snap. Matt, Johann, and Jesse arrived right on time and very politely and efficiently went about their work. They worked quietly and cleaned up the tiny amount of sawdust they generated. They replace all your old painted over hinges, lock plates and door stops. The resulting doors fit perfectly with automotive-level consistent clearances. They swing easily and lock reliably. There were other places that charged a reasonable price but spent a whole day on it and couldn't fix it, or it was that they "may be" able to fix it but there's a 40% chance that I would lose my data. Anyway, I was just about to give up when I messaged Jesse. He told me he could fix it in an hour and it'll be like nothing happened. I really didn't believe him when I handed my phone to him lol but he shocked me! He actually fixed it in less than an hour! I felt like an idiot wasting my time and going to other places. Let me tell you that Nojan is da man!…read more We redid our family room and moved the location of our tv to our new built-in cabinets. I needed the satellite cable rerouted and brought through the wall and also wanted all the cables from the satellite box and Xbox fished through the wall from the cabinet so they wouldn't show. I asked him if he was able to run an Ethernet cable from my router in the front of the house into my crawl space and into back room for the tv. "No problem!" He asks me if I wanted an Ethernet switch so that I can also have it hooked up to the Xbox. Hell yes! He had the switch in his truck already, along with the coax and Ethernet cable and connections. 1 cable for 2 different devices, who would've thunk it. After several days with this setup l have to say EVERYONE SHOULD GET THIS DONE FOR INFINITELY BETTER NETFLIX, AMAZON PRIME VIDEO AND GAMING. No more wonky WiFi delays and buffering. Highest definition streaming videos. According to my son, online gaming lag disappears. Nojan has been doing this for 30+ years. He's nice. He's polite. He's tidy. He did everything I asked for and offered upgrades to things I didn't know existed. And his prices are beyond reasonable. $$$ :)
