We felt their price was very fair vs. other comparable services but you will receive a more personal experience with Oak's. From making our first appointment, Debbie , Tim , Scott & Luis we're professional and held our hand through this project . Tim advised us on the best products for our needs, I never felt any sales pitch. Scott & Luis spent the day doing our install . They arrived right on time and worked diligently during the heat of the day. The dust was minimal dust running the cable and they cleaned up after each room . In the end Scott didn't leave until he went over all of his final checklist items and made sure I was satisfied . They honestly care about the product they install and customer care is priority. Another bonus... They work with my locksmith so it feels more like one big happy family than a list of really reliable contractors . Can I be lucky enough to have both? If you are looking for a personalized security I highly recommend Oaks Security for your home AND business security needs.

All those working in the office are exceptionally helpful, courteous and kind. The technician who installed our upgraded system was Luis. Luis was very professional from his first contact until the end of the install. He was very considerate, and neat with the work area in our home. He was extremely helpful, taking time to explain every detail of the system to us. His patience with someone who is not very tech savvy was priceless. Extremely positive experience!!! We interviewed several…read moresecurity companies to install security cameras for our apartment building. Leran by far provided the best quotation: the highest quality products (8MP cameras with 4k NVR) and the most competitive price. We could not have done better! The HOA is very pleased with the way things turned out. Check out the conduit work in the photos below... so amazing. Thank you Leran and team!!!

In addition to that, prior to the installation, Kevin (the owner) helped me figure out the best solution for my needs, which was great. The KP Audio team came to our house on schedule and completed the work that day. They had to route wires through several ceiling, crawl spaces and attics, and all of the wall and ceiling penetrations were clean and very neatly done. Needless to say, I was very happy that the installation was so smooth and was impressed with the attention to detail of their installers, not just with the clean holes as I previously mentioned, but in the way they tied all of the wires together and put labels on them so that they were easy to follow in and out of the spaces I can't see. Overall, I couldn't be happier. Very professional!

i turned to this company for some basic work on a new office because it was recommended by my…read morecontractor. I needed some basic low voltage hookups, cable internet and wifi, and a sound system installed. I received a high estimate for the work, but agreed to the number without negotiation because I assumed I was going to get 'top shelf' service, and I needed my office set up ASAP. They were very late for their install appointment and offered no apologies. They told me that they only had time to do about 1/2 of the work and would have to come back at a later date to finish. The wifi install was reported as completed, but I could not find a signal to connect to the internet. I eventually discovered where they installed the wifi router, which was put inside a wall in a metal shoebox. The metal casing completely shielded the signal, rendering the device all but useless. When I notified the owner what happend, he wrote back in all caps "THE WORK IS NOT DONE YET". KP Audio made no effort to reschedule the rest of the work on their own, so it was up to me to make that happen. When they did finally come out, about a week later, the technician actually installed the router on the floor: very sloppy. Also, they only finished half of the telephone hookups on the second visit, and yes, yet again, it was up to me to chase these guys around to come back and complete the job! The following week, they came out without any wire masking materials and asked if it was ok to just staple the phone wires to the wall. So now I have a router on the floor and wires stapled to the wall; it's as if I did the installation myself. I cannot recommend KP Audio for the above reasons.

I purchased a home that the previous owner had left pretty nasty. There was a lot of debris left outside as well. I needed some professional assistance. When our cleaning and power washing date came- he and his team once again showed up right on time. They were amazing. I have used many cleaners and none were as thoughtfully thorough as this one. They went above and beyond in all of the nooks and cranny's. I have a very discerning eye and they truly exceeded my expectations. When I arrived back they were taking off every window screen and cleaning it, there was a woman on the counter, cleaning every nook of a light fixture! Every doorknob, light switch...The thoroughness and care spent was truly exceptional. The Powerwashing made the house and yard come alive! They allowed me to feel like I was moving into a fresh brand new home. They were kind, enthusiastic, friendly, and pure professionals. The cost was very reasonable. Across the board- A++++++
