They left the oven without wiping out the oven cleaner, kitchen and utility room sinks were dirty, baseboards weren't wiped off, drawers were left dirty. They were supposed to clean out all cabinets and drawers. Some of the closets were never vacuumed. Very disappointed. After complaining, they came back out and cleaned again. The sinks and oven looked lots better, but we mopped floors again and water was very dirty. They could not have mopped it again.

I almost immediately talked to Juan about the new place and possibilities of getting something set up regularly. I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone and everyone that is here looking for the right way to get their cleaning done to discuss their requirements with Juan.

They arrived on time, and did absolutely everything agreed upon -- the upstairs carpets were thoroughly cleaned, and they wiped down every baseboard, every door, every shutter, and every photo in the house. I plan to use Mary & Sol at least once a year from now on. Absolutely incredible women and an unbelievable job done. Would 100% recommend.

Their booking system on their website was easy and understandable to use. The response time was really quick and easy too. I was able to get something scheduled the next day. They offered me times for the same day that I messaged but I wasn't available to have them come over. I opted for the deep cleaning which pretty much took care of all areas of the house, including living room, bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom, etc. I ended up running errands during the time they were scheduled to clean so I just let the maids do their thing and came back after a few hours. They were definitely very thorough with their work. I had a spot in the carpet that I didn't successfully remove in the past but somehow they did. I knew I had some dust buildup and they pretty much took care of all the dust too. They even cleaned the inside of my oven which I never thought about before. I really enjoyed the place after they were done. The pricing is pretty decent for a deep cleaning. I had such a good experience with them that I would highly recommend this company to others who needs a detailed cleaning service. They do have some promos for first time customers too! They have promos for re-occurring cleans which would be nice for those who don't have time to clean on a periodic basis or even AirBnb hosts.
