Had my sons apartment cleaned. Wanted to be sure the place was as nice as when he moved in. Hired MDS. She showed up on time. Place sparkled when she finished. I am a truly nit picky person where it comes to cleaning so I check from a knee position when inspecting floors and baseboards. This was a thourough cleaning. Robbed/Ripped Off. I just moved here and found Allison on Yelp. I requested that our new home be deep cleaned a day before I flew into Texas with my children to move in. She provided a detailed list of the services and I thought...perfect. I made sure she cleaned baseboards and would sanitize the home (screenshoot attached). She quoted the amount shown and when she was 'cleaning' she called me and advised further sevices would be needed for a 'move in ready' outcome. I agreed. MY TOTAL was $765. Which I was ok with. My home 4400 sq ft When I arrived the next day.. I was Shocked! The house was disgusting. What she stated was clean..looks like it was never touched. I contacted her and provided her pictures. She agreed to make it right and even came back and did a walk through. She blamed her helper and she didn't have her glasses on. We gave her a chance to correct the issues and rescheduled to come back and clean what was missed. SHE NEVER SHOWED up. Allison avoided my calls, texts and I even requested a partial payment return on cash app. Do not use this service. I feel I was robbed. I paid her almost $800 and did not receive the services requested. I have since cleaned my home and it was not difficult....which made me think 'what did they do when they were here?' Photos attached are the photos I sent to her AFTER she cleaned. This review is 100% accurate This has to be some scam and not actually a true cleaning company. Ask for her bonds and Insurance...I didn't. And I blame myself for not asking and for paying in full before I actually saw my home. read more

I contracted MDS Cleaning to prepare our townhouse for sale, which was a massive job. Top-to-bottom deep cleaning was requested for our three-story home. They showed up on time to assess the job and promptly began work. The job was a bit bigger than they anticipated, but they promised to stay until it was done. True to their word, they were on the job by 8:30AM and did not leave until 1AM the next morning - they worked for 16.5 hours. That is truly amazing customer service, to say the least. I was not at the property the entire day, but Allison stayed in close touch with me throughout the entire process by phone and text. She provided updates and was honest about any trouble spots encountered. They went the extra mile to clean things with my family in mind, knowing that we needed the best presentation for interested buyers. Absolutely amazing! They did a deep clean of our home when we moved in and I cannot speak more highly of them! The sellers should have had the house cleaned and did not so they walked into a much bigger job than they were anticipating! They didn't even hesitate, showed me what was going on, gave me options and spent the entire day making the house perfect. They charged me a very fair price! I am so impressed with MDS Cleaning Services! Miss Allison came to my home and worked wonders! She was punctual, professional, and went above and beyond in her services. My home needed an extra strength cleaning :-). We started off with four rooms only for this time, and Miss Allison worked thoroughly and meticulously on all four rooms. She had wonderful organization suggestions and followed through with procuring much needed organizational tools as well. She help to get these four rooms to a point where they are more than manageable for me, a busy professional whose priorities have been other than cleaning recently. I am getting divorced and am out of state. Both my ex-wife and realtor told me the house was cleaned before our first open house to have the house sold.
