Mr. Herado came out right away to inspect the project and provide an estimate. He has a very hardworking team. Guys were respectful and polite. They replaced our two fiberglass master bathroom shower areas with tile, and the transformation is beautiful. We never had a light over our shower before, and adding one was Mr. Herado's idea - it looks really nice and made a big difference. Although the project took a little longer than expected, it was definitely worth the wait. Good job, and thank you to Mr. Herado and the entire GB Constructions team!

All throughout the process he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the quality of his work was great. Didn't really get before pictures but attached some of the completed work. He also painted the walls, repaired some previously damaged drywall (you can't even tell where he repaired), removed our bathtub with 2 water knobs and converted it into a dual head shower with a newer home style 1 handle water mixer for my mom's old home. The tile work for the shower and the kitchen backsplash was clean and well done.

They always cleaned up after themselves and took care in how they did the work. I had two bathrooms done, floor, and a wall. Everything turned out amazing and done in a short amount of time. My friends and family could not believe how beautiful it looked, and how fast it was completed. I would hire him again.

We went to Home Depot and got an estimate for the install but then became worried since I had read several bad reviews. Not to mention all the questions that went unanswered by the contractor they sent out. I decided to call David out for an estimate and he gave me advice and options on what he thought was best. I am so glad I called him. Not only did he refer me over to Capitol Doors which is where I ended up getting my door but also came and got exact measurements and even picked up my door in Modesto. He answered any questions I had and checked in with me a couple times to make sure I was satisfied through the progress. That was really cool. His crew did a great job doing the install and they kept the job site clean at all times. Huge plus. The door looks beautiful and my mom is beyond excited and loves her new door Ps. It's only been a day and we already got a couple compliments from our neighbor's. Thanks David and crew guys!!

We needed some Foundation work done and after extensive searching and talking to many firms we decided to go with American helical. Found that they had the best technology with the helicals for creating solid foundations in sandy soil. Tyler and team were very creative and thought about solutions out of the box for the kind of work that was needed. Compared to other providers who wanted to go down a path which was way more complex and expensive. They are continuing to do work at a house since they are general contractors as well. Highly recommend them and happy to be a reference if anybody has questions.

No communication after initial consultation!…read more I had an appointment on 3/27 for an initial consultation for our full home remodel. Hailey, our sales rep, arrived on time and conducted a professional walk-through to hear our ideas. We discussed rough quotes for the kitchen and bathroom remodels, and she presented the option of a $10k design phase contract as a first step. We wanted to compare multiple contractors before committing and requested a written quotation first. The next day, I followed up via voicemail and text to ask about the quotation and clarify any questions. I received no response. I followed up again on 3/31 but did not receive a reply. Based on this, I assume the company is not interested, but I would have appreciated clear communication rather than no response at all.
