Years later I called him when my water heater went out. Did an excellent install. Clean job. Recently our main water shut off valve started leaking. Manuel did the job for $150 less than a competitor bid. Again, clean job and no-nonsense service. The guy is polite, on time and charges a fair price. I like to see guys like him succeed.

I met Joel when we had a backflow issue, however,…read moreI soon realized how I'd be able to leverage him for more home projects I had been putting off. We ended up replacing nearly all of our faucets (bathroom + kitchen), replacing toilets, and fixing some leaks around the house. Soon after we had our disposal replaced. Later, he helped fix a neighbor's tub that wasn't fixed correctly and leaked into our home and caused water damage. I will certainly call Joel for any/all of my future plumbing needs (and hopefully not anytime too soon)!

This review is based on Noain Plumbing inspection of a sprinkler system and their responsiveness to…read morefollow up questions. Noain Plumbing was contacted due to a soaking wet yard which we were concerned had a leaking sprinklers system. They clearly said everything was working well but upon my inspection one of the sprinkler control was leaking continuously. I just had a few follow up questions about what was included in the inspection and if this continuous leaking was noted. They did not answer any calls placed to their business number. Took a full day to respond to emails and did not actually answer all the questions. I understand their job is complete once they are off the property, and things may change but as they clearly stated on their undated documents, to reach out for any questions yet Noain Plumbing was relatively difficult to follow up with. And over a two day period I doubt that leak just sprung out of no where. My videos of the leak would do this review more justice but unfortunately I can only attach a photo. In this drought state and just general conservation, this water leak is something that is incredibly wasteful and would need to be fixed. And yet, it's not even noted in their report. I suppose I didn't pay them and it's possible the seller who paid for this inspection received a more detailed report. Based solely on the squeaky clean report, voicemail only phone number, and long response to emails I would not recommend Noain Plumbing.

They were both very pleasant to deal with and gave me suggestions on options, based on their many years of doing these jobs. The estimate for the job was a very reasonable price. Definitely will call them again for any future jobs involving plumbing.

I like the positioning of the wall sign very much. He did it fast and the position is just right in the middle of the wall of my office. Very good. Very efficient. I did not have to request any more adjustment once I told him the height I want. It is perfect. Also, he has his assistant coming in to set up a camera screen for me. His staff spent two hours hooking up and setting the device for me. Everything was smooth but the system kept asking for a password which did not exist. He spent much effort on resetting everything in order to avoid the so-called password. Eventually, the camera screen did not show up but his staff did his best. The technical support of the company selling the cameras had no real person so I had to wait. But his staff helped me type a request for a ticket for subsequent support. It was good he helped because I did not know how to describe the problem accurately with the model number. Mr. Robert kept his promise and did not charge me for that service when the camera screen eventually did not work. But I understand he and his staff contributed much effort on setting up the device. And it was not his fault. From the process of resetting and trying different means, I can tell his assistant is knowledgable. I would say the price he charges is reasonable. He works efficiently. He looks experienced to me.
