But David spent his time to sit down, listened, gave a suggestion and advice what we should do.... Be honestly their work worth every single dollars. This is our first business build from scratch so we was really careful on financial things and their price is a little higher than different company. But hey! You got a triple back for what you paid for.! They go really detail on their work! Example: ( with pictures). - After I kept changing my mind how to set thing up which make the interior scratch and dirty, they end up repainted whole interior to make everything look perfect. - To paint around electric outlet, instead of just cover the outlet and paint, they remove it and paint then put it in again. - Instead of put the projector screen on top of the bar, they took time to build and custom stand for it. - instead of make the bar level, they make the bar tilt tiny degrees to make sure if there is liquid spill, it will not get into the wall. ..... Im pretty sure im missing a lot of good things during their work. We got a lot of compliments about how nice our store turned out out ---------- Now time for afterwork service! There is super tiny leak in the sink (2 3 drops aday) but im kinda picky guy so send them message to help get it fixed. Message sent 10:12Am. They came at 10:40Am. Get it done 10:50Am. From selection to actual installation, everything went smoothly. Michaela was great to work with. Very knowledgeable and professional. Great asset to the company. Would highly recommend. The previous owners of the house had rented out the home so once we bought it we knew it needed some tlc. This was the only window shop in town. Called them up, they arranged a man to come out to inspect the place. Turns out for 8 screens and a kitchen double paned window plus labor was around 1,800. Which to us was reasonable compared to other places that wanted to charge more around over 2,000. Happy with the service provided. Took them about 3 days to come out, job took a day to do. The installers were well groomed and didn't seem to mind my questions, very courteous and respectful of our home. They did what they said they would when they said they'd do it. Picking apart their work there where only 2 things that would have made me give them 5 stars: 1) the old adhesive on the outside of the window wasn't completely removed and if you look you can see through the clear silicone and see the remnants so it looks dirty. Black silicone could have been the fix. 2) The installer carried the broken pieces through the house. I would have preferred them to keep it outside as much as possible. In all I'm very happy ad would not hesitate to call on them again.

It's been a while since I had my kitchen remodeled by Manuel and his company . My realtor Desi Soliz recommend Farias Construction company. She had seen work he had done and said he did beautiful work. I called and included him in my quotes. He came and looked over the kitchen and said he could do it and then he actually gave me some great ideas. He advised I go to his showroom in Los Banos and see what he had to offer. I really liked that idea before we made a decision. Well long story short we hired him .
