They breached our verbal agreement by agreeing to services they failed to deliver. Secondly w/ equipment they used (riding mower) broke sprinklers, broken fence board, broken brick, failed to take instructions in regards to lawn waste they dump anywhere they felt necessary . Matt Jorge the owner is not only rude but very unprofessional. . He had Agreed to come out and make the repairs and recanted and eventually abandoned the damages and filed a complaint against me for $300 . I have now open a compliant and investigation with CSLB for breach of contact , misrepresentation, abandonment . His wife had explained the reason why they haven't showed up was due to employee problems and had to terminate a few individuals because they would initially not show to work or cause damage to equipment or property so they can be terminated and collect unemployment. They have failed numerous times to attempt to mitigate this issue and correct the problem and damages they caused yet continue to attempt to collect payment for services they failed to deliver upon by not being able to access my property . They have caused more extensive damage to my property exceeding over $1000.00 and failed to finish and repair items due to their negligence and careless actions . Per my attorney I have numerous causes of action which will be outlined in a formal complaint. My recommendation would be do your research first before hiring this jack who careless less of what damages they caused and values the all might dollar. No integrity or professionalism!

Pretty fast…read more The second time he helped me assemble a small cabinet, fasten a sign on the wall and also assemble a bed. He stayed inside my house for almost five hours. Thank you. I like the positioning of the wall sign very much. He did it fast and the position is just right in the middle of the wall of my office. Very good. Very efficient. I did not have to request any more adjustment once I told him the height I want. It is perfect. Also, he has his assistant coming in to set up a camera screen for me. His staff spent two hours hooking up and setting the device for me. Everything was smooth but the system kept asking for a password which did not exist. He spent much effort on resetting everything in order to avoid the so-called password. Eventually, the camera screen did not show up but his staff did his best. The technical support of the company selling the cameras had no real person so I had to wait. But his staff helped me type a request for a ticket for subsequent support. It was good he helped because I did not know how to describe the problem accurately with the model number. Mr. Robert kept his promise and did not charge me for that service when the camera screen eventually did not work. But I understand he and his staff contributed much effort on setting up the device. And it was not his fault. From the process of resetting and trying different means, I can tell his assistant is knowledgable. I would say the price he charges is reasonable. He works efficiently. He looks experienced to me.

He walked the exterior of my home, examined the entire process, sent me a quote and we scheduled the service dates. I picked my colors i explained i wanted certain trims painted and other left alone to match the base color. He paid close attention to my requests. He let me know upfront that his business is not licensed but they were insured. I was oaky with that since the lrice was more than reasonable. Im now refering his business to my mom which also will want her house painted soon. All and all, his family run business delivered excellent quality service.
