Example: ( with pictures). - After I kept changing my mind how to set thing up which make the interior scratch and dirty, they end up repainted whole interior to make everything look perfect. - To paint around electric outlet, instead of just cover the outlet and paint, they remove it and paint then put it in again. - Instead of put the projector screen on top of the bar, they took time to build and custom stand for it. - instead of make the bar level, they make the bar tilt tiny degrees to make sure if there is liquid spill, it will not get into the wall. ..... I made multiple attempts to follow up through calls and texts over the following weeks but did not receive any response. Then finally after two months, I received a bill via email. When I replied with questions regarding the charges, I again received no response. The only communication I have received from the company has been automated billing emails. Very disappointing.

He came and looked over the kitchen and said he could do it and then he actually gave me some great ideas. He advised I go to his showroom in Los Banos and see what he had to offer. I really liked that idea before we made a decision. Well long story short we hired him . What I really appreciated was he worked my project only until it was completed, before working another project . So you may have to wait a few weeks but he is worth waiting for. Jacob showed up for an estimate for a privacy fence extesnion, which we felt was reasonable. It…read morefelt like he insisted on us getting smaller fence boards because he had better prices elsewhere. We chose the larger pickets to match our existing fence though. He came with an extra worker and there was no demolition necessary. They installed the fence posts the first day and came back with the pickets the next day. After the job was complete, majority of the fence boards had knots in them which started falling out not long after. I assumed Jacob would be the one installing the fence,but he ended up leaving his worker to do most of the work..which was subpar. 1. The railings weren't even fit correctly and left gaps in between them and the post. 2. The part where the new fence mated with the existing fence was just screwed into the old post. I asked and he said he didn't install a new post there because the old fence would fall. Fast forward to the first rainy season and I hear some creaking from inside my house. The wind was blowing the new fence back and forth because the attempt to save some cash. I give him credit for coming out and installing another post and that solved the issue. The cost of wood had just started getting expensive so it was a steep price for a fence that wasn't necessary but added more space. We just wish at the cost, materials and workmanship would've been given more attention to detail.
