If I can give zero I would .. Warning!! This company not only did they illegally record my voice in person without my consent. They breached our verbal agreement by agreeing to services they failed to deliver. Secondly w/ equipment they used (riding mower) broke sprinklers, broken fence board, broken brick, failed to take instructions in regards to lawn waste they dump anywhere they felt necessary . Matt Jorge the owner is not only rude but very unprofessional. . He had Agreed to come out and make the repairs and recanted and eventually abandoned the damages and filed a complaint against me for $300 . I have now open a compliant and investigation with CSLB for breach of contact , misrepresentation, abandonment . His wife had explained the reason why they haven't showed up was due to employee problems and had to terminate a few individuals because they would initially not show to work or cause damage to equipment or property so they can be terminated and collect unemployment. They have failed numerous times to attempt to mitigate this issue and correct the problem and damages they caused yet continue to attempt to collect payment for services they failed to deliver upon by not being able to access my property . They have caused more extensive damage to my property exceeding over $1000.00 and failed to finish and repair items due to their negligence and careless actions . Per my attorney I have numerous causes of action which will be outlined in a formal complaint. My recommendation would be do your research first before hiring this jack who careless less of what damages they caused and values the all might dollar. No integrity or professionalism! read more

After months of trying to contact them and reporting them to the BBB, I had no luck. They did not respond to the BBB request for contact either. They no longer answer my phone calls and blocked me on Facebook. I can't even see my review on there. Im not one to write this type of review but this process has been frustrating. This would have all been remedied with a simple phone call back from someone in charge (even if nothing could be done atleast an explanation would have been respectable.) After reading some reviews I found I wasn't the only one something like this has happened to. read more

I'm only giving this company 1 star: Customer service is not something they take pride in especially if something goes wrong. At first We got our backyard landscaped from their company on April 22 and Mark the owner came in and out checked on the work however when I contacted him a few days later to tell him that they had broken a drain pipe and sod was dying and Instead of being apologetic he stated that it was a bad batch of sod - obviously he knew what part of the problem was. Even though the workers worked, they did not even level the ground properly and they tore up a drainpipe and did not inform me, Matt and I were in constant communication about how the yard was looking. Matt was on top of checking in and was great but then the yard got worse daily. After talking, my husband We decided we wanted to pay with a credit Card instead of a check as things were wrong- really wrong. They were insistent on cashing our check and promised things would be taken care of. Sunday April 28th I informed Matt the sod was dying to much and they needed fix the drain that was broke and the level the ground needed to be done beforehand as it was never leveled and pools of water and mud were all over our yard! After multiple texts (no more phone calls at this point) he said he needed to come that day tear it up! He and his wife started ripping the sod up. You could tell neither one of them were happy and they were pissed and I mean mad. Its not my fault the work wasn't done correctly the first time nor the ground leveled in the first place. I wanted someone that knew what they were doing from the beginning to not have to deal with all the problems. , Next thing I see is they started to pull up all the rolls that I installed! (which were doing just fine) After only tearing up only 1/3 of the yard plus what I installed, he comes to my door with a HUGE attitude saying he hurt his back and how it will take about 3-4 weeks to finish this job. He stated he is back logged and his men won't have the time. He then continues on how he's already in the negative for this job and doesn't even know if he's going to get paid. We had a deal, you fix the work and you can cash the check. None of this was my fault - he is the professional that should have done it right the first time. I was beyond frustrated at not only the lack of professionalism but that I have an event here at my home June 1 and waiting three weeks to finish the job wouldn't work for me. I then said I would cut him a check for the work on the other side of my house that they did work on for my daughters play yard. However he had reassured me and promised me the job would be done and ready by June 1 and I would be 100% satisfied guaranteed. We agreed and let him know we are not the type to not pay him but we were also not the type to shell out a lot of money for this job that was botched. Once again he guaranteed I would be 100% satisfied and we told him to cash the check. That is where the attitude changed again and he said he would be able to get it done by the date promised. He cashed the check that very next day. The next day his guys showed up and started pulling the rest of the sod up. Even his guys were surprised as to why he pulled up the area we had put in the extra sod. . Two days later the guys came and did all the leveling and started to dig up the pipe. Come to find out, they were digging in the wrong spot. Friday morning Matt showed up and told me that they can place a drain into the dirt that does not go anywhere because that's the type of drain we had before which it is not true at all as my home is so new I watched them build it. At this time I did not want to argue with them and just wanted the job done and done right. I went outside after they left to find they had chipped my cement patio that isn't even 6 months old. They finally installed the new sod but this time instead of me having 12 rolls of sod extra like I did the first time and there was only 4 so basically I got shorthanded because we were not able to replace all of the sod that we installed that he tore up. As of today, I have messaged Matt a few times showing him the yard as he has not come to check on it and it is almost been a week since the new sod was installed it and once again they forgot to put fertilizer on it which I paid. There have been so many issues with Matt and his wife and a lack of professionalism, respect and a sheer lack of communication after cashing the check. I do not recommend this company to anybody unless you want to have your lawn torn up twice, a huge mess, half dead grass and chipped concrete and missing drainpipes. I also have him on camera ripping up the yard in a very angry fashion and hurting his back because of it. Beware of using this company unless you want to waste a lot of time and energy and be overchargeand NOT come out 100% satisfied and a mess Still to this day they have not fixed the drip lines read more

They do a good job for a very fair price. They were on time and on budget. They offer good materials to choose from too.

Poor service. Overpriced for the job they do. Workers too much in a hurry. Suppose to trim hedges and they skip them unless they are told. Called office, no improvement. Broke small yard statue. They told me about it but just too careless. I don't recommend them. They need to slow down and do the job right. read more

Creekside landscape has done multiple projects on our property including installation/repair of sprinklers, two lawn installments, as well as, three separate small cement projects. Each time we have been satisfied with their work. They seem to understand and capture exactly what we are requesting without any issues. The guys that came recently were very respectful and cleaned up at the end of each day as well. Communication was excellent as well there were interruptions in our recent project due to weather but they called and worked out an updated schedule with us each time as needed. read more

i hired this company to repair a leak on a pipe by the pool,as well as install some shutoff valves and sprinkler control valves.when they left i noticed a leak from the control valve.i called the company but they took a couple of weeks to return to repair the valve leak.the guy earlier told me before he left on the initial visit just call us if there is ever a problem and we will take care of it,so then a leak sprouted from the pool area the same pcv part that was replaced i called this company but was ignored on warranty repair.i inquired who the owner was and told it was a guy named matt.so no wonder i was not taken care of.this same worker who did the work is the owner.i emaled him and he finally responded asking for proof of the leak,so i sent him a few pics of the leak,which i really thought he was going to do the honorable thing and come over and finally fix it.he never showed up,and this has been months now,so take it from me dont do business with this person if you want good honest work performed ,be warned he is a smooth talker... read more
