We got a couple estimates and his estimate seemed like a good price. His experience showed when pointing out things we needed but hadn't considered (for example, better drainage for rain). And he was consistently amenable to meeting extra requests too (like an underground pipe for routing wires through the yard). There were a couple things I particularly liked about Antonio. First he was consistently jolly and a pleasure to be around. Even my 2-year-old was always happy to see him! Second, he cared about doing a good job. Small things would inevitably go wrong... For example, the artificial turf we wanted to install was out of stock or the shape of the pavers was slightly off. He put in the extra work to help us find alternatives and make sure the results were to our liking. In the end, we love our new yard and are trying to hire Antonio to handle other projects for us!

They breached our verbal agreement by agreeing to services they failed to deliver. Secondly w/ equipment they used (riding mower) broke sprinklers, broken fence board, broken brick, failed to take instructions in regards to lawn waste they dump anywhere they felt necessary . Matt Jorge the owner is not only rude but very unprofessional. . He had Agreed to come out and make the repairs and recanted and eventually abandoned the damages and filed a complaint against me for $300 . I have now open a compliant and investigation with CSLB for breach of contact , misrepresentation, abandonment . His wife had explained the reason why they haven't showed up was due to employee problems and had to terminate a few individuals because they would initially not show to work or cause damage to equipment or property so they can be terminated and collect unemployment. They have failed numerous times to attempt to mitigate this issue and correct the problem and damages they caused yet continue to attempt to collect payment for services they failed to deliver upon by not being able to access my property . They have caused more extensive damage to my property exceeding over $1000.00 and failed to finish and repair items due to their negligence and careless actions . Per my attorney I have numerous causes of action which will be outlined in a formal complaint. My recommendation would be do your research first before hiring this jack who careless less of what damages they caused and values the all might dollar. No integrity or professionalism!

They were able to start the next day which surprised me but greatly appreciated it. I was concerned about safety and branches falling. The quote was on par with another company in the area I called. I appreciated the clear communication and attention to detail on the work day. They discovered a large branch that was in bad shape which was out of scope. They let me know and we agreed to take care of it for a reasonable cost. Definitely using them again in the future.

(This was a clear out of plants, pots, some soil and other items). I felt the value with Martinez was satisfactory, and his attention to detail outstanding. For example, by the time he left, all was as I had directed, the common areas he had to traverse with the clippings and items he was removing for us were so clean, you couldn't tell that he had been there. We plan to have him back to do the planting and restoration when the time comes.

Business card said 'free estimates' and I wanted a price on a mow strip in the front yard. Who ever answered wasn't willing to even stop by, in LB, where I live, where they conduct business. I was told it might not be worth their time to even do it without knowing the amount and they weren't willing to even come by and look. Apparently in the landscape business money grows on trees and they don't need mine. I know where Sierra Landscape can shove that tree. LB isn't so big that you can eliminate customer service from a business.

She had a tremendous amount of tall weeds (about 4ft tall) all along her entire front yard and he was able to take them all down for a very reasonable price. He was also very conscious of the neighbors car parked near the front of her house where he needed to clean up and took the weeds down by hand to avoid any possible damage. I had Anthont come back for the clean up of weeds in the back yard as well and he did just as good of a job then as well. He does excellent work and exceeded my expectations. I come from a family of generational landscapers so I know the amount of work, labor, and have seen a variety of quality of work. Anthony's work ethic is at the top.
