I hired this company to install a new gate. It took a while to get things going, all good I was still in the process of moving ,so no big hurry. I figured at least I have local contractor locked in. "Sorry super busy, forgot to make a piece for your gate , waiting on lumber distributor, waiting on lumber delivery". I'm a patient man, things happen, not life or death. 3 months later gates are done. Gates look great very pleased with the way it turned out ascetically. As for functionality all worked good until the heat came. The heat created the metal to swell up. When the swelling happened I lost the functionality. The pass through door was hitting the post and I couldn't open or lock my gate. The double gates wouldn't close properly and I couldn't lift my 9' metal and wood gate up high enough to latch. Again patient man it can be fixed so I thought. I even sent them videos of the dilemma. Well I lost all patience It's been a year and I've been snubbed over and over again. I call to schedule an appointment, nothing or I get I'll be there Friday /Saturday/first thing Monday morning. NOTHING! Went to the shop and get the run around by one of the laborers. The only complaint I have is that the crew that came to install, began installing the fence incorrectly. They started to drill the post holes way to close to the street. We agreed on 5 feet from the sidewalk, which I believe is law, and they drilled the holes at the edge of my grass. I had to ask them to stop what they are doing and start over. I felt bad. But it was what it was. When it was all done I was VERY HAPPY with the work.

It…read morefelt like he insisted on us getting smaller fence boards because he had better prices elsewhere. We chose the larger pickets to match our existing fence though. He came with an extra worker and there was no demolition necessary. They installed the fence posts the first day and came back with the pickets the next day. After the job was complete, majority of the fence boards had knots in them which started falling out not long after. I assumed Jacob would be the one installing the fence,but he ended up leaving his worker to do most of the work..which was subpar. 1. The railings weren't even fit correctly and left gaps in between them and the post. 2. The part where the new fence mated with the existing fence was just screwed into the old post. I asked and he said he didn't install a new post there because the old fence would fall. Fast forward to the first rainy season and I hear some creaking from inside my house. The wind was blowing the new fence back and forth because the attempt to save some cash. I give him credit for coming out and installing another post and that solved the issue. The cost of wood had just started getting expensive so it was a steep price for a fence that wasn't necessary but added more space. We just wish at the cost, materials and workmanship would've been given more attention to detail.
