Their quotes were super cost-competitive and they worked hard to make sure the proposal met all of our needs, options we were looking for and fit within our budget. The scheduling and execution of the fence replacement went very well. They arrived on-time (in fact a bit earlier to prep on their end to get the project off to a fast start). They worked so efficiently that by mid-day that majority of the fence was complete and they worked closely with us to make sure the details were meeting our expectations. Romario was so proactive in even addressing small issues with my existing fence line and took initiative to resolve it. I was able to ask questions of those folks who were posting and narrowed down (WAY down) the lists of who I'd want to start a conversation with. And they were enthusiastic in responding! My personal residence had about 7 rotted out fence posts and my neigbhor and I agreed on splitting the costs, to begin looking into it. I reached out to Tim, the owner, and began the process of getting us a quote. And, I'm glad that I did! All the best attributes of working with a professional were apparent. Tim was friendly, listened well and directly answered questions. He communicated well and was on time! In person, he was friendly and offered some suggestions and did what he said he would each step of the way. The bid came promptly and was professionally laid out including a basic diagram/graphic of the fence in relationship to the homes and clearly marking each post that was to be replaced. I had this company come out and build me a mental gate for my driveway I absolutely love my Gate,…read morebut there was many hiccups in the making of it first of all the privacy metal that was placed behind my gate was put up with markings all over it look like the plastic that it was wrapped in had stuck to the metal and they managed to put it up anyway when I came back and spoke with the owner he said it came like that you could see where he was trying to wipe it clean all the panels were like that I was a little disappointed to think that he would even continue to put them up, thinking that I would be OK with that although I am aware it's not his fault, but as he came back and stated that the company was assuming I had something to do with that was absolutely ridiculous him and I knowing that he picked up the product as is that took away from time on the project took way longer than I expected for it to finish. Also, there was a little bit of hiccups. The top of the caps on the post were not screwed in there was denting in certain places scratching on certain areas to say the least I love my Gate. He made all the provisions too, make it right by installing a little side Fence at no extra charge. When the job was finished, I was happy with the progress and the aesthetics of it and we talked about finishing my project this year with the same design, he did the Gate. He said he would be interested to just notify him the conversation went smoothly and amicably. I didn't feel that there was any hard feelings being that I've done nothing wrong so i was looking forward to start this new project. I messaged him through the Yelp app. He said that he was in the area and normally does not do estimates on Sunday, but that he would come by at 5pm . I don't think he was aware that it was me until I gave him the address. He never called nor did he show up ! not sure how I emotionally feel about that but professionally he could have notified me and said he would not come or he was not interested in my project, I believe I was owed that much respect, but I do believe everything is for a reason because to work with somebody on such a big project you really would need to be in one accord so that is why I put this under "maybe"

The only complaint I have is that the crew that came to install, began installing the fence incorrectly. They started to drill the post holes way to close to the street. We agreed on 5 feet from the sidewalk, which I believe is law, and they drilled the holes at the edge of my grass. I had to ask them to stop what they are doing and start over. I felt bad. But it was what it was. When it was all done I was VERY HAPPY with the work.
