Another contractor recommended he strip the soffits off and rebuild, for a high price. Prestige lifted the soffits back into place, secured them, and patched all the cracks & gaps with stucco, for less than half the competing bid.) They inspected the whole house, and found some minor issues I had not seen, and fixed those, too. But here's the surprising part. I gave them my extension ladder to use. When they were done, they cleaned the ladder with a hand cloth, so I got it back cleaner than when I gave it to them. Meanwhile, the owner used his leaf blower to clean the tiny shards of plaster off my sidewalk; he then went around the house and also blew the leaves off my walks & driveway & patio. If someone is so attentive to the little details, you know they will do great on the big aspects. Highly recommend.

He is honest, friendly and very knowledgable about painting, including preparation, product and application. He listened to us and made helpful suggestions during the discussions about painting the exterior of our house. His estimate was one of three but his was the only one that included sufficient detail and explanation that convinced us that he understood not just what we wanted but what he was getting into with this job. He personally took charge of the contract signing and payments. We feel we received great value for the price. Prime Painting's experienced crew took direction from Mr. Arias and, under his leadership and guidance, they worked side by side with him performing prep work including power washing stucco and patching damaged siding, before launching into the spray painting followed by the detailed hand painting. Communication was very open and timely. Despite, several interruptions by rain followed by some drying out time, the job was completed close to the schedule. The crew even worked on a weekend and at least one nearly 12-hour day to play catch up!! Mr. Arias also went above and beyond and took care of some special requests as part of the overall job. We were so impressed with the work that we commissioned a new job from Prime Painting to coat our patio deck!! We are also planning to use Prime Painting to freshen up the inside of our house because of their attention to detail that is so important with interior trim.

Project Review: once we agreed on the project, Pablo and his dad came out one more time to make sure we were aligned on the project, which was helpful. Installation: We had a couple of days delay because of the recent rain but Pablo gave me a heads up the week before that they were going to keep an eye on the weather and would start as quickly as possible. The project itself took 4 days to complete for roughly 1300 sq feet of cement and 800 sq ft of turf. Pablo and his dad were both out here personally installing the concrete and turf. They even installed a door leading to my backyard at no additional cost. Result: we are extremely happy with the result and how great it makes my front and backyard look.
