When I asked about the the gaps from cutting around pipes, he taped and mudded around the pipe so it would be solid. He gives forethought on what is best for that specific job, arrives with the proper supplies and all tools necessary. The pictures show how he prepped the area to be textured, covering the shelves as well as protecting our hardwood floors with the heavy duty floor protection paper. When I asked about a patch job that I wanted to tackle myself, he showed me how and even shared a trick of the trade for measuring it. Overall, he was polite, conscientious, respectful to our home, and his price was fair. We were very pleased and appreciated his attentiveness to detail.
