Their estimate was dead on even with the whole COVID situation throwing the material costs into a roller coaster. Their crew was very professional and they had great craftsmanship. Thankfully after almost five months since the quote, the parts arrived in good condition. Not the contractor's fault of course, but they worked with me to schedule, and reschedule, and reschedule. As sad as that was, they had good attitudes to work through the challenges. The work was quickly scheduled and done within a week after that.
