The only difference was that they told me they would spray the gutters because they said it would look better but the wind wasn't cooperating and they rolled them. Which didn't matter because the guy that rolled them was a professional a.k.a David. The owner is Monty and he is a combat vet that will answer his calls. He was very patient with our HOA. The foreman Francisco was super attentive to detail and he made sure that everything was accounted for and clean. Very happy we hired them!

I don't know how Manuel keeps getting his bad reviews taken down but just to warn everyone if…read moreanything goes wrong this man, Manuel Gallegos will blame you, the customer and not be willing to fix the problem to industry standards without charging you more money. After his unlicensed cabinet guy botched the paint job on my front door Manny refused to fix it to CSLB standards for free and said he was only willing to do a light sanding and one coat of stain and wanted another $200 to do that which any licensed painter knows that would not have fixed my botched paint job. I had to file a claim with his contractor's bond. He failed to put in the contract that after sanding and staining my front door an industry standard top coat would not be included. Then with same day notice asked if I wanted a top coat they would have to drive back out another day from Modesto and that would cost me more. He also said the topcoat was not necessary and optional which he should've known was not true. He was counting on me being ignorant and not doing my research. Any other licensed painter agrees top coats are necessary for weatherproofing a solid wood front door and they all said should be included in the contract and CSLB standards require a topcoat as well. I was a $5,000 customer, not a $500 customer and he was unwilling to help me sample paint to choose between two shutter colors without charging more. Then tried to charge me another $200 to redo the damage done by his unlicensed cabinet guy after the guy botched it and blamed me when the topcoat should have been included with the contract. I offered to split the cost to have an actual licensed painter redo my front door since Manny refused to do what it would take to restore the door and he turned it down. As a result he had to pay 4x what I was asking, the entire claim for redoing my front door which was over $2,000 because the new guy had to put so many hours of labor into sanding down the botched paint job. Manny told Yelp I was exaggerating and lying to get this review taken down but I have receipts if anyone wants to see just message me directly. Also after it rained the putty from a lot of nail holes on my house were dislodged and showing and then there were cracks in the pillars that my new painter had to repair and repaint. He accused me of making the holes which makes no sense why would I get on a ladder to hammer holes into the trim. All of these issues could've been handled professionally but instead Manny is so cheap he refused to make everything right because he didn't want to pay his guys to return to fix everything and thought he was in the right. Being right is more important to him than making sure the house and front door get painted correctly to industry standards so customers are satisfied and his ego cost him $2,000. He also harassed me by text for giving him the review he deserved. Not a good person. He gets people to post fake 5 star reviews and gets the bad ones removed. I will never hire 47 to do work for me again.

His quote was the best quote of all the other ones I got ranging from $5,000 to $10,500. He walked the exterior of my home, examined the entire process, sent me a quote and we scheduled the service dates. I picked my colors i explained i wanted certain trims painted and other left alone to match the base color. He paid close attention to my requests. He let me know upfront that his business is not licensed but they were insured. I was oaky with that since the lrice was more than reasonable. Im now refering his business to my mom which also will want her house painted soon. All and all, his family run business delivered excellent quality service. His customer service was also professional, and as soon as I replace my fence, I will call him back to have him paint that as well.
