There were pluses and minuses with this experience; although, the minuses outweigh the pluses. Let me start with the scheduler whom I will say is quite persistent. Called twice within a 5 minute period of time, and then texted... that's fine. But the urgency behind the messages were a bit frustrating. I had scheduled a time for them to come out which was to be Memorial Day between 12 and 3. So, on the day of the first scheduled appointment, I got a text an hour or so BEFORE the scheduled time telling me a tech was in the area and could come by early. We weren't home, so I had to reschedule for a couple of days later (same time slot). I will say, the scheduler didn't really give me direction as to where this inspector was going to inspect... the ducts? The attic? The air vents? The unit the roof? No guidance whatsoever... I had to ask questions since I've never been through this process before. THEN when the tech sowed up the rest of the story happened. He was super polite and courteous, but he never offered to wear booties in my home and I had to tell him those were needed on all carpeted areas. He was super efficient and quick which I appreciated but he left a mess behind. We live in a 50!year old house that still has popcorn ceilings in some areas, and when he tested the air return, a bunch of popcorn fell into the carpet and tiled areas. Sadly, the guy just left it like that and didn't even bother to clean up after himself... not good! So, my recommendation to the owners of this business is to coach your people to offer booties for their shoes when they enter a home AND vacuum your mess up. I wasn't very happy that I had just vacuumed a few hours prior and a mess ensued by a contractor without being cleaned up.

At first, I thought it was my internet service provider but noticed it was my outlet going out. I kept going to the breaker box and trying to turn it off and on to reset it. It help at first to reset it, but the problem kept causing every device plugged into the outlet to turn off. I was going crazy with frustration (The Super Bowl is tomorrow) and NO internet (Noooo way ) absolutely unacceptable!!! Finally, I had enough and had to call a professional. That professional was JESSE to the rescue! Jesse helped me greatly before with installing an electrical extension for my hybrid heat pump several years back (read my review of it). I called Jesse and he picked up and said he could come out after finishing his job in Gilroy. True to his promise, he drove out (Mind you it's a Saturday at 3:45pm when I called him) to my home. Within 45 minutes, he quickly checked and diagnosed what the problem was! He's a professional! He identified the bad breaker in my breaker box!!! You can see the burned out breaker unit in the photos. Thus, ALL of you single women & guys out there, TRUST Jesse to fix your electrical issues!!!! All throughout the process he made sure we got exactly what we wanted and the quality of his work was great. Didn't really get before pictures but attached some of the completed work. He also painted the walls, repaired some previously damaged drywall (you can't even tell where he repaired), removed our bathtub with 2 water knobs and converted it into a dual head shower with a newer home style 1 handle water mixer for my mom's old home. The tile work for the shower and the kitchen backsplash was clean and well done.

Our bathroom needed an immediate renovation due to water damage & he was able to meet our schedule. It was easy to communicate with him & always responded to all my questions. Jorge & his assistant did an amazing job! They were prompt & efficient & always cleaned up after each work day. We needed a new shower wall, tile floors, toilet & vanity installed. Also, due to the extent of the water damage we also had to replace some cabinet shelves & baseboards behind the bathroom shower. Jorge explained the process each day, and was very nice & respectful.
