After 20 years, an inspection of our home found 4 areas of dry-rotted wood on the roof. We…read morecontracted Landeros Quality Roofing Service for repairs (and, this was not the only roofer to bid on the job or the least expensive). A great deal more work, than one probably suspects (including us), went into repairing our roof (removing tiles, replacing and priming dry-rotted wood, repairing and replacing tar paper and flashing, restoring everything back including replacing broken tiles which they supplied, painting the exposed flashing and vents to match the roof, installing a system to reduce the growth of moss, etc.). Attaching photos to illustrate just the repair on two of the dry-rotted areas, and a final one following the painting to show how incredible it looks now. It was discovered that improperly installed flashing was to blame for the dry-rooting, and that a 5th area was improperly installed and also repaired (even though signs of dry-rooting had not appeared, yet). Francisco Landeros is coming back today (9/17/2019) to perform a follow-up check of the roof after the painting was completed, to check and if necessary to replace any tiles broken from the painting. I highly recommend Landeros Quality Roofing Service and would call them again without hesitation for any future repair or maintenance of our home's roof. Friendly and professional service with integrity. Thank you to Francisco and David, and to the whole team that worked on our roof.

Jose of YB Painting was the first one to respond to my request for services on a home project…read morewebsite. I live in santa Cruz, so distance wasn't an issue for him. I hired him to stain my oak wood kitchen cabinets. Jose is very knowledgeable about which products work best for different materials, and he successfully troubleshooted some issues, and the job was complete in four days. My kitchen looks brand new! I was very appreciative of the fact that he was respectful of my home and protected all surfaces from both damage and accumulation of dirt and sawdust. His price was very reasonable.

The floors…read morewere looking pretty rough -- scratched up, dull, just tired from years of use -- and now they look amazing. That warm birch grain really comes through with the new finish, way better than we expected. The crew was easy to work with, showed up when they said they would, and used a dustless sanding system, so we didn't have to deal with the usual weeks of dust settling into everything. They walked us through what they were doing along the way and finished right on schedule. Can't recommend these guys enough if you've got hardwood that needs some love. We'll be using them again for sure.

Jayden and his team are absolutely phenomenal…read more A few weeks ago, they replaced part of our hardwood flooring after water damage. The job required removing the damaged boards, finding a matching floor, and blending everything seamlessly with the existing hardwood. What really impressed me was their honesty. Jayden even suggested ways to save money instead of trying to upsell us, which is rare these days. The crew was incredibly professional and respectful of our home. They covered the path from the entryway to the work area with protective paper, constantly vacuumed and wiped down surfaces, and left everything spotless at the end of each day. They also refinished our staircase, which had been damaged by a previous contractor during demolition. The color match was perfect, and they took their time over several days to make sure the finish was just right. They even came back afterward to touch up the paint and make sure everything looked perfect. On top of the quality of the work, their pricing was very fair. Jayden and his team are hardworking, detail-oriented, and genuinely care about doing the job right. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for flooring work. You won't be disappointed.

Great experience from start to finish. Ederik and his team are extremely talented and professional. He exceeded my fence project expectations and made sure the job was completed in a cost efficient and timely manner. He made recommendations that were crucial for a great job that other companies failed to notice (moving sprinklers, esthetics, and parts ordering). Do NOT waste your time going with another company. I originally went with Lowe's to save money but quickly realized you get what you pay for and so thankful Ederik still took on my project.

My realtor Desi Soliz recommend Farias Construction company. She had seen work he had done and said he did beautiful work. I called and included him in my quotes. He came and looked over the kitchen and said he could do it and then he actually gave me some great ideas. He advised I go to his showroom in Los Banos and see what he had to offer. I really liked that idea before we made a decision. Well long story short we hired him . What I really appreciated was he worked my project only until it was completed, before working another project . So you may have to wait a few weeks but he is worth waiting for. Let me also give cudo's to his family who helps out also. They were also so professional. So if you need some work done.... Look no further than Farias construction. Richard and Candy Soliz
