My father and I have had Faucette work on our 1990 Chevy Pickup and 2006 Mercury Grand Marquis and both times we had very positive experiences. Our repair work is usually planned maintenance, so we could drop the vehicle off with them and pick it up later in the week. I did not receive a receipt upon drop off, or any kind of acknowledgement or timeline of when the work could be expected to be done. In two weeks, despite multiple phone calls, emails, texts, even going down in person to try to talk to someone (no one was there, shop was WIDE OPEN and anyone could have taken the keys and driven off) , I was not able to make contact with anyone from the shop. I was considering getting the police involved, but decided to go down after leaving them a message saying I wanted to pick my vehicle up ASAP, in the morning. I was told he had received my message and put my car out front, keys still in it totally unlocked. He couldn't even be bothered to give me a courtesy call to tell me he had received any messages from me. I was also informed the shop would be "closing for a week". This has been a massive headache and waste of my time and energy. Do not go to this shop. Go anywhere else, the conduct of the owner is negligent at best. I'm honestly just glad to have my car back, because for two weeks I did not know if it had been chopped for parts or stolen due to the shops inability to communicate with me in any form or fashion.
