But they took her insurance money as if they had in stalled a new bumper. They also only replaced one of her two front headlight packages. They invite her to bring the car back for proper repairs, but she spends her mornings taking care of kindergarten children and the grade school and is taking adult education classes in the afternoons and evenings at the college. I have been driving her everywhere while she was waiting for the car. She has no money, living lean an limited, cannot afford another car. This company was disrespecting her by "offering" to take her car back and do it right because they KNOW she has no other transportation options and she has already given them her insurance claim money. Shame on them. And, when you actually VISIT their shop, you will see that it looks like a junkyard with broken autos in various states of disrepair, with dust building up on them.
