I was very specific with request for a luxury car (that didn't smell like smoke) comparable to our car needing repair for rental but we were greeted with a small RAV4? Sized car. I refused the vehicle and then started looking for a car myself. It takes a few days to line up a luxury rental so work had to be delayed. I called State Farm & told them we needed to find a suitable vehicle and they were accommodating with increasing coverage if necessary. We found a suitable model in Asheboro and Enterprise brought it to the local office but it smelled like freshly smoked marijuana. So no go with that vehicle. I was ambushed when I asked to meet with the owner Brian Owens. He couldn't maintain eye contact when we met so I suspected he was upset. He was totally focused on our '24 Genesis not being a luxury vehicle..saying BMW, AUDI, Mercedes, Lexus were not in the same class. And it was a "Hyundai". Same price ranges and similar performance but somehow not the same class. Insulting. The new owner Brian Owens is insulting and doesn't take responsibility for what his business represents as services provided. His phone script (that he says he wrote) states that they work with your insurance company to set up car rentals to make it easy for customers to use their service. He did not handle the situation professionally. I even asked that we discuss in an office or away from the front desk but he insisted on being loud and confrontational in front of his front desk staff. Not a nice guy. After our encounter I called the front desk and apologized for our discussion that had to happen in front of them. I doubt this is the culture previous owner Larry Walker wants as a legacy and I feel badly for the staff who work in Brian's toxicity.

While the process of going through insurance wasn't fun I can not speak highly enough of Mike Brown and his company. He quickly determined what repairs I needed and worked with the insurance company for their estimate and approval process. Once the bumper was off and he started the repair he did find some additional damaged and had to submit that to insurance for approval also. Today I picked up my car and it looks better than it did when I bought it 2 months ago. Highly Recommend this shop for anyone needing Body Repair or Paint work in or around High Point.

I debated whether to fix the car - Mike gave me an estimate for $3,000 when the value of the car was only $2,400. The car runs really well, and I'm not sure I could buy one for $3,000 that runs as well, so I decided to go ahead and fix the car. I let Mike know my concerns, and he said he'd do his best to keep the price down. Ultimately, Mike found a couple of additional things that needed repairing after he fully took apart the damaged area. Nevertheless, Mike made the repair for less than the $3,000 estimate. Mike did a great job on the repair. The car looks as good as it did before the accident, and it is running great.

Hubby backed my Tahoe into our mailbox and I was in absolute trepidation with the thought behind that it would never be the same as it was before. I perused through websites looking for that "Five-Star" legit customers who had actual body work done on their vehicles. I searched for several days and found Worldwide Auto Body. I was professionally welcomed by Christine, who operates the front office (sweet lady); where I met the owner, Mr. Ravi. I showed Mr. Ravi the damage to my Tahoe and I can say this; he listened to every detail I covered regarding getting my Tahoe back to my original condition in which I didn't think could be done. No rush, no sales pitch. Time was not of the essence for me; only that RESULTS are what mattered. Mr. Ravi is genuine and the work presented demonstrates he backs his word. It also tells me Mr. Ravi is honest and takes the time to listen to what it is his customers are wanting and expecting from his company and the experience he brings to the table. When I received my Tahoe, I was blown away by how PROFESSIONAL it looked! It exceeded my expectations. It looked like I just drove it off the showroom floor! Neither dents nor two-tone colors whatsoever; the colors were an EXACT MATCH; considering we're talking about a 24 year old Tahoe!! The DEEP carve that extended the entire length of the Tahoe was nowhere to be seen!! Smooth and Flawless!! Worldwide Auto Repair's mission is to provide Stellar Service to their customers (which they delivered) while maintaining professionalism at all times. This alone should be an all inclusive experience for the consumer who trusts this company with their automobile. Mr. Ravi, hats off and kudos to you, kind Sir, for demonstrating OUTSTANDING work done on my Tahoe. I could not be any happier. Exceptional Customer Service is paramount to a business's success. Hubby and I are elated and HIGHLY RECOMMEND Worldwide Auto Repair where you will find Mr. Ravi DOES INDEED LISTEN TO what his customers are looking for in auto repair work. We also like to extend "Congrats for a job well done" to the entire crew involved in making sure our Tahoe and every detail we covered was met to our satisfaction!
