Great touch! The facility is gorgeous, super nice! My son colored one half of his picture and we were called in. Within maybe 2 minutes of being in the room after his vitals were taken the doctor came in. This is such a shock to me because every urgent care or sometimes even primary care doctor, I swear we wait FOREVER. The doc was very nice and good with kids. We got his step test done right away and we were off with detailed paperwork to tell us what to do in the coming days. Was such a smooth and easy process with super nice and caring staff. This is the only urgent care I will visit even though it is a bit far from our house. Highly recommend!

I am still waiting for a call back. Multiple problems: billing me for a consultation when no consultation occurred, putting me on hold before learning that the person I need to speak to isn't even there, telling patients that people will be available at a certain time when they are not.
