The Nurse (N) is terrible and losses documents, lies to your face and does a horrible job of not following up with patients. She loves to waste your time. They lost our medical records in February after my husband had delivered them in Dec of 2019. they never check their messages and half the time the voice mail is full. They only care for the money and Dr Anita has the worse bedside manner .

Our latest incident was when we called in to get a refill for our daughters medication before a vacation and the office manager was horribly rude to my wife and even hung up on her. I cannot believe how that office is run. Dr. John herself is an adequate physician, but given how the office runs it's not worth going. I'd recommend looking for just about anyone else.
