Do yourself a favor and find yourself a doctor that cares and that employs a staff that cares. I've never had a worse experience dealing with a medical office like I did in this case.
Whatever you do, don't schedule an appointment for right when they open, you will be waiting in your car until a few minutes after 9am when the receptionist finally shows up, not the doctor. Then you'll just be sitting in the waiting room with other folks that are there for an appointment at the same time wondering why your name hasn't been called.
After my visit, they told me they were sending my Rx to the pharmacy so I could pick it up later that evening... When I showed up it was never ordered so i waited in the Walgreens for over an hour for the prescription to be received and filled.
They told me they were sending an order for an X-ray to the hospital... When I showed up for the X-ray, it wasn't ordered by the doctor so I had to wait till the next day since the doctor's office was closed for the night.
They told me they were sending an order for an MRI to the hospital... When I tried to schedule it, the hospital didn't have the order so I had to wait another day to even be able to set an appointment.
After both the X-ray and the MRI, I had to call the office numerous times to track down my results (4 days for a simple X-ray, and 5 days for the MRI). When you call their office, the "new phone system" is a nightmare and you're lucky if they call you back the same day.
And what ever you do, don't tell them how displeased you are with the office and the service it provides. Where most businesses will apologize and tell you that they strive to be better, this office just sends you a letter telling you that they refuse to treat you anymore.
