Did not believed me when I told her what was wrong. Thought I was a pill seeker. Refused to find my medical records online (which I found them easily) I have severe endometriosis which I struggled with my whole life, I have history of kidney stones which I had surgery just last July. Lately I have GI issues which she was told it runs in my family. Again she did not believe me. I asked her for referral to female doctor, she refused. I asked for a referral to a gi doctor to which she refused. She gave me antibiotics which she send to a completely different pharmacy which I did not even know about or notified about. This lady is horrible and I feel scarred and afraid of any potential doctors. She is the worst

I learned of Dr Chadden Sbai on the University of Chicago website. I called to make a first visit…read moreappointment and was asked what my RACE is. I felt it not necessary so I did not answer. On the day of my visit while in her waiting room her staff asked me out loud what my race is. Later Dr. Sbai came out to the waiting room and asked me out loud if I took the Covid vaccinations. I was racially discriminated against while seeking medical care. The Cook County mandate did not apply to doctors, patients, ER, Urgent Care, or Hospitals. The doctor and her staff violated my rights.

I was highly disappointed with Dr. Rita Woods' office and staff. Upon entering her office, you…read moreimmediately notice the lack of cleanliness and outdated/mismatch furniture. The male receptionist has to be related to Dr. Woods, because I can't imagine why else he would have been selected to be a front-line representative of the Dr. and her practice. (Unprofessional doesn't sum up it). The waiting room will easily make you wonder how sanitary &/or hygienic the staff are behind closed doors. As I entered a patient room, I instantly knew I would never return. Not only did I hear personal information about other patients via the loud voices in the hallway as I waited, but in looking at my surroundings, I was thankful I wasn't there for a pap smear or anything else that would entail the use of their medical equipment. Dr. Rita Woods was a little gruff to start, perhaps as a result of being rushed through her appointments. Regardless, it wasn't a very good first impression & only solidified my initial thought of never returning as a patient again. Overall, when a patient thinks they're being "punked" from beginning to end, that's a good sign that it's time to write a review, in hopes that no one else will waste their time scheduling an appointment. It doesn't take a genius to determine your practice needs HELP & it would be worth the investment to hire a few maids, a decorator, AND an advisor to assist with the repair of your many flaws.

United Healthcare is my insurance provider. Their website listed a lot of medical doctors that…read morewould accept new patients, however I called half a dozen, that are all 5 star rated, with no luck at all. The receptionist for one of those unavailable doctors recommended Dr. Saleem Shahzad, MD. The best Reader's Digest review, friendly, knowledgeable professionals from start to finish: - Chris scheduled my appointment on the phone. She was every bit as nice and friendly when I arrived for my appointment. - Carolyn is the RMA who made me feel welcome and comfortable from the beginning of my exam. - Dr. Shahzad picked up right where Carolyn left off. He confirmed that I needed treatment for an upper respiratory infection and arranged for a prescription at my pharmacy close to home. What I don't understand is why Dr. Shahzad's score on the United Healthcare site is only 3 stars? This was the best experience I've ever had at a medical facility. I recommend Dr. Shahzad and his frontline support staff without reserve. Dr. Shahzad graduated in the top quarter of his Class of 1988 from the prestigious Jinnah Sindh Medical University. Unlike our phony baloney US President, I believe he really did graduate at the top of his class!

In follow-up for a chronic condition, he basically didn't want to assist my wife and enjoyed taking the co-pays only.
